The prices aren't cheap but storage generally isn't. However, extremely friendly management squeaky clean facility brightly-lit safe and secure. Worth the money in my opinion

Reserved a unit initially because of the gated security and cleanliness of the place. Customer service is above and beyond expectations as staff came in before office hours to let me and my movers from New York have access. Will be extending my two month contract to a year!

The staff was very helpful in all that I needed to get moved in and out. The facility was immaculate and had numerous carts to handle my move. Hidden gem of my storage experience was using the truck which is much cheaper then another rental agency. Great experience and will go there again when storage is needed.

John Hoburg did a fantastic job as manager of the Guardian Storage facility along Route 22 in Monroeville. He went above and beyond our expectations, and made a stressful situation (moving into the unit, and then moving out five months later) much easier than it could have been. Plus, the facility has the use of a truck for moving purposes, as well as a great buy two months, get two free promotion. I would gladly recommend this location (and John) to anyone who asks!

All I can say is wow! What a great storage facility. Brand new, state-of-the-art and The best customer service we have experienced by the manager John Hoburg probably ever!! He went way above and beyond and I don't think I have met a more pleasant person who really loves their job and understands what Real, honest customer service is all about in at least 20 years. John provides 'old-school' customer service with a modern twist. If you need a storage facility then this place is for you and if you have a problem I am confident that Mr. Hoburg will do his best to solve it for you.
