  I am very dissapointed with Retail Resource and how they do business. I have been in the online retail business for years as well as traditional brick and mortar retail. My first order was easy and great. My second order was for the same item and I waited for like 10 days before I finally said where the heck is my product. So I log on and they tell me that it was on back order. NOWHERE did it say that item was back ordered or did I get a notification for it. They ended up saying they had it in their other warehouse and they were shipping it to me. I tried again a third time and this time it has been 9 days and I log in and it is the exact same thing. They told me it was on Back order and they didn't have it. It's incredibly frustrating when you are sitting around waiting for product to be delivered only to find out they never shipped it and it wasn't even processed. I HATE that they try to sneak this by to try and save a buck at the expense of the customer. JUST BE HONEST AND TELL ME YOU DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK! I told the lady to cancel my order. I then get a reply saying we shipped your order from our other warehouse and you should have it in 4-5 days. NO! that is not what I asked for. I was very clear that I wanted to cancel the order and it ships anyways? bad business. I would rather pay a higher price going forward with someone who is willing to ship their orders on time and keep me updated if they don't have something than to sit around wondering where my product is. Their 100% satisfaction guaranteed is a false claim, they should take that down
