I would've give them a smaller rate if I could. l lived there for 2 years, had no other choice at the beginning was forced to move there. Small and tiny apartments with crazy high rent and ok amenities. Lots of noise, dirty pool, very uncomfortable parking, and the most important thing is the very annoying, rude and unhappy management. That lady acts like she is the God and the landlord of entire Key West. Had tons of issues while living there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, Try to void West Isle, I know it's not easy to fiind a place to stay in Key west but keep looking and leave this spot for last because you will wake-up with a lot of not so good surprises. Her and my grandson like the apartment very much and theu seem quite safe and happy there.My daughter lives there nice place

Recently moved in and Dayanis has been super great to us. Helping us with any issue that may arise. This is my first experience living in an apartment complex, have always owned, and the management is being extremely helpful and gracious putting up with my questions and requests. So far, I am pleasantly surprised. :)

The worst worst place I've ever lived. Cramped apartments way overpriced and my rent went up every year like clockwork. After leaving in good standing I came to find that my credit report showed I owed them $3,400. When I called them about this they told me I left without notice. In other words they lost my military transfer orders that I gave them and were on willing to help me and said that I needed to work it out with the credit company. I explained to them that they're the ones who lost the letter and should call the credit company but they were uninterested. Now I am receiving harassing phone calls from them.

West Isle emphasizes a safe, friendly, family oriented place to reside and it is true. We take offense to some of what has been written recently by those not happy here. We too have had our issues. 1. Dog feces- left by resident pet owners extremely irresponsible,who don't care about fellow residents having to deal with stepping in the "stuff", making a mess of shoes and property, or even health issues! Bags are provideduse them! If your dog has soft poo, cover it with dirt, we've bought some from Home Depot, $3.49 a bag! 2. The feeding of chickens and roosters- food left in and around the perimeter of our building, causing an infestation of ants and roaches, not to mention the continuous crowing right outside our bedroom window- and the roosters flying onto our patio leaving a "mess" and attracting cats who sit on our patio all day waiting for them! 3.Unsupervised children yelling, playing hide and go seek on our stairwell littering the lawn with candy wrappers and juice bottles, riding on their bikes in the parking lot, sitting on cars and causing considerable damage to vehicles( this has been proven with eye witnesses and matching bicycles with paint residue left in car dents and scratches). West Isle is a great place to live. If you have valid concerns, take them straight to the office. The concerns we have listed are validbut are they really problems that our staff should have to deal with? No. Residents should be considerate and respectful of one another it's that simple! Pick up after your pets, don't feed the roosters, watch your kids! And on a personal note, if you "see" drug dealings in the parking lot call the cops! And if you need immediate help from maintenance, tell them! We have never had a problem with Toni, who is always working hard with his crew, never stopping, or slacking, sweating every minute from one job to the next, always professional and considerate even taking their shoes off at the door so they don't track in mud on rainy days! I understand that not everyone will be happy here, and if you are notby all means leave! I know six or seven couples who want to move in right now! And to our staff thank you. We have seen much improvement after expressing our concerns to you directly. We can't wait for the next resident gathering at the pool or office and keep the faith! There are so many of us who love living here and have you to thank for it!
