We stayed in 2nd floor king suite with ocean view. Well worth the price the breakfast is okay, complimentary wine daily. . The room was gorgeous and comfortable with an amazing view. Highly recommend

Nice place. Had to move our reservations around due to the hurricane but they worked with us. We have stayed here three times and it’s always comfortable and clean. Most of the staff are friendly. One woman in particular wasn’t very helpful and had an attitude when we asked about the pool not working (the past 2yrs) so I don’t think they’ll ever fix that. Breakfast is over at 10:30, set alarm and walked up at 10:25 and it was almost completely put away so def plan early for that. It is a good breakfast they have here. Internet is hit or miss and I have never experienced it working well. The room we stayed in smelled like smoke but it was attached to the owners house so I’m not sure if they smoke and it was coming through the walls or it was the previous guests? My sinuses were a mess. Overall you can’t beat the location and price, although for almost $1500 for a week you’d think you could have working internet,a nonsmoking room and a pool spa.

Life does not get better than this. The perfect return to old ket west with the best staff who understands our intrinsic love of the past and present. I would live here. Rooms are clean, welcoming, and set the tone. Breakfast is perfect. Been coming here for years. They are like family.

Stayed here with my daughter. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had Room 6. The room was spacious and clean. Had to climb up quite a bit of stairs but it was worth it. We had a whole porch to ourselves and a beautiful view. You can even see the southernmost point landmark from there. The grounds were lovely. Plenty of areas to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Even saw a couple of hammocks. I was also happy to see they had parking space for guests. Staff was super nice and helpful. Not even a block to the beach. On the quiet end of Duval. I definitely would love to come back here.

Everyone was very friendly, even with the post St. Paddy's Day hungover crowd.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay 2/11-2/14/17. The hosts are gracious and helpful and the staff is friendly. We stayed in Room 7 which is quiet with a private porch. Breakfast was delightful to enjoy on the patio or front porch. We used the spa pool and basked in the afternoon sun after a day at the beach, kayaking, walking and exploring the restaurants. The Inn is close to everything, bike rentals, beach, shopping, nice restaurants and the Southernmost Buoy, but located at the quiet end of Duval St. The sunset cruise was amazing. I plan to return next Feb or March.

I stayed here for spring break once many years ago. It was priced competitively with hotels but was far nicer. Great location!
