The Hyatt Residence Club properties in Key West are beautiful. They exhibit natural tropical settings which have matured very well. The staff is always welcoming and helpful.

Was there early November for my birthday with a girlfriend. The rooms and the staff are outstanding. The one day I took time to go to the pool, the manager was walking around greeting everyone making sure everything was good.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

My family has had a great experience with our stay here. Our room was a two bedroom condo style with more than enough stay for 6. The staff was very friendly and helpful with scenic stops. The ground are well maintained with multiple outdoor kitchen style grills. I will be back.

First the resort is very appealing to the eye. The rooms look nice for a 2 bedroom condo, wish we would have had double beds in 1 of the rooms. However, we were very disappointed in the cleaning of the room, while it looked clean, walking around with no shoes on left your feet black. Having kids who do not keep their shoes/socks on had to keep cleaning their feet. Then the room had ants in the bathrooms and the mastersuite bed. Several times we were woke up from being bite. Not sure if we had bed bugs or just the ants biting but I ended up with over 50 bites on my legs, feet, ankles and arms. I did a quick check for bed bugs but they are so hard to see so I do not know but I did always find a few ants in the bed. We ended up putting out ants traps to try to get ride of them ourselves. And talking to others they had similar issues. Not sure if I would stay there again after having to deal with the bug bites all over. My husband also has some on his body as well. The location is good and the ocean is across the road.

Units are very well furnished In fact they look nice than the Hyatt Beach House even after its remodel. The property gets pretty crowded around the pool area, but the area is huge so it isn't that noticable. Overall one of my favorite Hyatt properties on the island.

The rooms here were fantastic. They were full suites with kitchen, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Also the ocean view balcony was great to wake up to. Additionally, the hotel is a quick drive to downtown Key West. Lastly, the pool area is fun, clean, and relaxing. You may run across the occasional iguana, but it's Florida so that's to be expected.

Hands down best place to stay in the keys. 2 bedroom was very spacious. Only issue is getting a baggage cart to your room, lot of hustle to bring it back.

This is a very nice property as are most Hyatt properties. The two bedroom units are very nice and user friendly. The property is about 1 mile or so from the tourist area which makes it more quiet, however you are located with the airport in the back and it is LOUD.At 7 am the planes start and go to about 8pm so

Nice staff. The room is fabulous. Nicely appointed, nice fixtures, clean, awesome master suite. The view is phenomenal. Slight downside is the airport proximity and the road that is in the ocean view. Would stay again.

10/08/16 Update: After spending the week here, I have to amend my review and drop the rating to 4 stars due to lack in customer service. The resort has limited occupancy, but a "late checkout" is 11AM. After some gentle prodding I was able to get 11:30 AM. Also, neither a request for a roll-away bed or a mattress topper (the beds are new, but very firm) was met with any attempt to help us out. On our last night here we tried to get some extra shampoo as we had run out, but apparently the front-desk is unable to provide us any and instead asked "do you have a vehicle?"

    *****

10/01/16: Nice and quiet resort. It's pretty much next to the airport, but surprisingly there are no issues with noise from the planes. Everything is very well maintained and clean. One pool and hot tub, which haven't been crowded at all. One bar with drinks, food and a few items for purchase. Staff is very friendly. Other items for entertainment are a ping pong table, shuffle board and pool table.

Only one word of caution for those traveling with families. The second bedroom only has one queen bed and not two double beds.
