Very comfortable & nice place to stay. Pet friendly, look how relaxed he is. Was looking forward to organic fruit for breakfast but there wasn't any so only ate there once.

This is such an amazing place! A wonderful garden where you can enjoy the breakfast right from the beautiful kitchen inside the mainhouse. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and has its private bathroom, which is islandstyle but modern too.
The Duvalstreet is only a few steps away.
We would like to stay here again in the future. 🤗

For the price it is decent when compared to other hotels. Location is great! This is a no thrills property so they can keep prices low.

This is the best place where you can relax and at the same time enjoy the wonderful central position and the fabulous customers service.
The rooms are clean and modern "old stile"

Great location just off Duval. Very nice clean rooms with lovely courtyard. Friendly staff. Rose Lane villas are especially nice. Close to everything but still tranquil. Casual but upscale

My spouse and I stayed at the Eaton Lodge (Old town Manor now) for a few years in a row, while visiting family in Key West. We would come to town once or twice per year, and liked staying here because it is a beautifully kept place just off the beaten path.

We have stayed in the Sunset and Anniversary rooms, and they are fantastic! Not huge room, but really well appointed and comfortable.

The proprietors are great; breakfast is outstanding, as are the afternoon drinks they like to prepare and share with guests!

This is the perfect location for us as it is an easy walk to downtown and also to our family, living on William Street at the time.

Beautiful B&B. Super nice staff. Excellent rooms. Not cheap, but then what in KW is?! We will be back.

Stayed in the anniversary room and had a great stay. The place has a very homey feel and a friendly staff. Breakfast is included, and it's pretty good! Id stay again!

Absolutely loved this place. I was able to bring my puppy with me. The staff there are very loving. I checked in late around 10pm and I only paid for half of the cost. But they didn't bother me like other places do. They accommodated me, told me to enjoy the complementary breakfast before settling the cost. Would recommend it to anyone. Bed and breakfast are way better then hotels
