Reviewing the dinner cruise on the Party Cat. Not at all what we were hoping for. Not romantic at all. Very loud and most people just wanted to get drunk and dance. If you’re looking for something enjoyable to celebrate an anniversary for example, I would choose a different excursion. The staff was nice though.

Jake and devon were awesome we were nervous as first time riders on the ocean they were really good about keeping the tour together very nice brand new jet skis not one problem nice stops along the way with some time to play around I would definitely recommend this tour of the whole island from a jet ski. Don't mess with the others go with the best!!! Would do it all over again ! Thanks guys

The dinner sunset cruise was excellent. The crew was fun and engaged with the passengers. The food was good and the drinks flowed. Good solo calypso artist.

What an awesome time! We got the all inclusive package with the snorkeling, jet skis, water play gym and parasailing. Our crew were such fun goofballs, they really made the day adventure that much more awesome. I forgot to bring more money for the tip so I had to grab it out of my car when we got back to land. I don't usually go on boats so I didn't know, but I'm glad I had something to give them so keep that in mind. I thought it was a great value for what you pay and the crew works really hard to let you do the activities you really want to do. Fun in the sun, lunch is included and the crew is very entertaining and friendly. Thank you Sunset watersports, what a fun day :)

I stayed in the Parrot key, a few weeks before the hurricane and was able to book the parasailing on day one and the jet skiing on the second morning. It was an amazing experience. The crew are islanders, so yeah they were relaxed. But it’s exactly as I would imagined. They made the experience fun.
Praying they made out okay during the hurricane and suffered minimal damage.

My fiancé and I decided to do the all in one trip. I was extremely excited to do this with her since when I lived in key west years ago it was something I really enjoyed doing from time to time and since this was her first time on the island it seemed like a good idea. Captain and crew were all very nice and funny. But here is the problem. We literally got to do 2 things before a storm came and they made everyone get back on the boat. That being said weather is out of their control etc. the problem is when we got back to land my self along with everyone else on the boat tried to talk to the office about a partial refund of some sort since we only got to enjoy 2 things and our trip was cut short due to the rain. Most of the people got I believe $20 out of the $140 back but I was told since I was able to ride the jet ski (for 10min) that there was nothing they could do. Only people that didn't ride the jet ski got money back. REALLY? I then decided to call the office and try and speak to a manager about some sort of refund not much I get it they don't control the weather and employees need paid and etc but since we didn't get to do everything and we came back early I feel like I should be refunded a portion of the money. The manager literally disrespected me more than I have ever be disrespected in my life. He even went as far as saying what's with my age and feeling entitled (I'm 35 and how would he know this is a phone call) he then argued continued to be rude and aggressive to the point I had to hang up. I'm so mad at this point I would like someone above this manager to contact me treat me with respect and offer an apology! Seriously you can keep your lousy $20 that you refunded people. You're going to need it because treating people like your manager treated me is no way to do business!

REEF Snorkel
Wanting more time for snorkeling OR boating to/from snorkeling? This Local company has it figured out! We arrived at the reef before and left later than the other major marketing outfits, due to a beautiful 18 knot capability, making it back before them! WHAT?!? THAT means we spent an amazing 1-1/2 hours reef snorkeling for less $$. Capt. Andy (the skipper) checks out the reefs on his day off for clear visibility. He'll really cares to make this your BEST trip. Rachael (Ginger) and Marissa (Marianne) are happening Mates that care that your trip is a personable experience. ("A three hour tour").
I highly recommend this Local owned company!!

The dinner cruise was wonderful. The spacious Party Cat was comfortable and the huge deck provided a spectacular view of the sunset. The crew was friendly, competent and welcoming. They paid attention to very little detail to make your experience memorable. The dinner menu offer something for every palate.

We did the sunset combo trip @ 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM and it is worth every penny. Awesome crew, great live music, brand new boat, snacks and drinks and above all the place they took us for snorkeling. We did snorkeling three days this week but this one was the best. Water was clear, no waves, colorful fish and lot of reef. I will rate this the best trips during our stay and frankly we paid a lot less than what we paid for others.

My wife and I did two different trips with them the Sunset dinner cruise which was very nice food was good the DJ was great the staff was very helpful and freindly. Then the next morning we did dolphin and snokle cruise which was very good saw several dolphins and the smoking was great the captain took his time and was very helpful. Highly recommend the Sunset group for all trips on Key West.

Did the dolphin triple package with snorkeling and sunset watch from boat. Water was a little murky and cloudy, didn't see much. I am very terrified of the ocean though and they made me feel comfortable and safe. The free beer was also amazing. Would do it again.

We did the dolphin, sunset cruise with Captain Zack and Rachel. They did a great job of explaining how the equipment worked, and all of the safety rules. We had a great time and got some great pics of us thanks to Rachel. A good time was had by all.

We first took the 10 am jet ski tour on a Tuesday with Matt from their Parrot Key Resort location and had such a great time we booked a private experience at 7:30am on morning we were leaving Key West. Both experience more than lived up to our expectations Matt was a great guideknew exactly what we wanted to get our of our adventure and provided the two best days of our vacation. If you want to see Key West from the water and really get an adrenaline rush, visit Matt and the team at Sunset Watersports.

I've seen bad reviews on here. I'm not sure if we were just lucky. We did the sunset dinner cruise. Food wasn't some spectacular thing, but it was pretty good. There were unlimited well drinks as well as the frozen margaritas and rum runners. There was a DJ that also played some steel drums. The ride back after dinner was just an awesome party.
