Loved it! My cab dropped me off at Heron House when I had booked at Heron House Court. The front desk was amazing and quickly changed my reservation and had me in a room in 5 minutes with no issues. The place is well maintained and very comfortable. So much so, I wish I had been able to move in and stay there. I did not stay long enough to enjoy the breakfast.

My cab dropped me off at Heron House instead of Heron House Court. They have 2 properties. When I walked in the guy quickly figured out what happened and changed my reservation to their location and had me in a room in 5 minutes. The room was amazing and clean. The furniture was well maintained and the property is what i loke to call lock and key! It's gated and only guests can enter the property. Its important to say its an 'Adults Only' property. I only stayed one night as I missed my flight out but they were amazing! I didn't have breakfast there but as far as the staff I met and the accommodations I would definitely stay again.

Booked two separate nights here, one in a standard Queen, one in a slightly larger Queen room. Both were poolside. Amenities were all satisfactory, and rooms were clean but to be honest we spent most of our time hanging out in the pool with the other awesome, super-friendly guests. They made the visit for us, and were the reason we came back and booked a second night! Cute place, very relaxed vibe, great location.

Cute and cozy B&B. It's a dated property, however it's quiet, comfortable, and affordable. We didn't use the complimentary breakfast due to oversleeping. I would stay here again if we came back.

I HAVE RESERVATION FOR SEPTEMBER 30TH AND THE HOTEL CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY DON'T WANT TO CHANGE MY DAYS ,FOR OTHER MONTHS, AFTER HURRICANE IRMA , KEY WEST IS A DEVASTATION IN THIS MOMENT. THEY WANT THE PEOPLE TO GO AND BE DEPRESS ( SEE HOUSES DESTROY, AND TREES ALL OVER) . THE KEY WEST EXPRESS FERRY DOESN'T RESUME TRIPS UNTIL OCTOBER.

My Wife and I enjoyed the stay. It is a peaceful, tranquil place to stay. Room could use a bit more dusting. Breakfast is a treat no need to go out. Coffee is a bit strong could wake up anyone. Also enjoyed the fish pond great work. Thanks will be visiting again. The Lebron's.

Convenient location but needs changes, dated appearance. The rooms are spacious and affordable and appear to be clean, but on the last night, I found a cockroach in my bedroom, behind the night stand. I was looking for an outlet, the only one of which was next to the sink across the room.

It would seem as though it has been a few years since the facility was upgraded. The staff is friendly but the accommodations leave a bit to be desired. The window air conditioner was louder than the planes landing at the airport. The shower was either blisteringly hot or ice cold. Televisions were at least 10 years old; neither wide screen nor high definition.

Spent Memorial Day weekend at Heron House. The hosts were kind and allowed us to leave our bags there while we explored Key West since we arrived via ferry before check in.
What a cozy, comfortable quaint place within 10 minute walk of Duval St! It was nice to come back and take a mid afternoon nap before heading back out at night. Very comfortable bed.

A tucked away gem. Harmonious, relaxing, well maintained, art is blended in with the interior decorating. walking distance to the noiser attractions but peaceful once inside the gates. I don't want to leave

Very private with a nice pool. The most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on minus the flat pillows. Breakfast consists of cereal, breads, bagels & juice. We opted to go out every morning for ours. We will definitely be back.

Conveniently located a block away from historic downtown Key West. The room was spacious and super clean best way to describe it is "crisp". The service was as if they knew exactly what to expect and had it ready to go for us check out was a matter of handing over keys great place!
