We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms aren't overly large and you can tell they've been recently renovated. Parking, continental breakfast and wifi were all free. We stayed here the night the wildfire broke out near Ventura, so the power was out in Santa Barbara for most of the evening and night. Overall a nice place to stay, great location and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The rooms were honestly beautifully maintained and the location was also very nice. On top of that this location provides complementary breakfast as well as wine and cheese sampling every night, also free. One of the besr hotels I've stayed at for sure

Quiet little place. They had a wine and cheese bar at night, full breakfast in the morning. Wonderful staff, fun to talk with and very informative about the area. Only compliant was the pillows were a little hard to sleep with, my neck was killing me in the morning.

A great hotel. We were able to book two rooms next to each other and had 0 problems being a sometimes rowdy bachelorette party. The staff was great! Complimentary wine and cheese every night from 5-7pm was a nice treat! Right across the street from the beach!

Nice hotel that's not too large for the employees to offer personal attention. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, located directly across from the beach, free parking, free WiFi, free breakfast and happy hour. Short distance from Stearn's Wharf. City shuttle departs from Stearn's Wharf to downtown Santa Barbara.

Bath suite was very spacious and they had a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathroom was very roomy and they had extra towels available for use. The staff was very friendly and they have breakfast and wine and cheese in the evening everyday. The only complaint I had was that the bathroom sink was very tiny.

Absolutely amazing little hotel. Free parking, free wine and cheese in the evenings. Free continental breakfast. Walking distance to wharf and state street. I don't think we would stay anywhere else in SB when in town. Staff was amazing!

Came out for a quick getaway and was satisfied with mostly everything promised. We didn't have too much interaction with the staff but the few we encountered were nice enough and quick with the paperwork, etc. Our $220 room was a bit tight but clean and modernized. The bed was actually quite comfy. The pillows could have been a bit stiffer; I thought I was going to drown in both my pillows. Perhaps some folks like it like that? The shower was nice and hot but the water pressure was a bit weak. We arrived after dark but the pool and jacuzzi were lit up with nice blues and pinks that reflected off shiny tiles that were aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I took a quick dip in the jacuzzi after dropping off my gear and the water was quite nice. I tend to prefer a little hotter water in my jacuzzis but this did the job. The jets were a bit weak though and didn't really have much effect on my back. Free breakfast is free for a reason; it's like the manager stopped by Smart & Final for bagged bagels, individual oatmeal packets, juices in bulk, and cheap cereal and arranged them in the lobby/breakfast nook in semi-cheap mini display cases. Looks nicer than my kitchen but food's the same on any given Wednesday. The only thing that might have required some "cooking" were the cold hard-boiled eggs offered as a cruel reminder of what a legit continental breakfast might have had. The coffee was just standard. All in all, no real complaints except maybe the price tag but we tried a Ramada nearby a few months ago and the lower price was definitely felt in the general inferiority of the place. So maybe this price is what it takes to get the basics in Santa Barbara? We're going to keep trying different places to find out!
