  Took my ring in for a diamond that was missing they told me I needed to repair some tips total would be $300. I took to a different jeweler and all my ring needed was diamond so they were ripping me off luckily I went somewhere else

  Will other be shopping here anymore. I have spent several thousand here and I very much so regret it. Wife bought me a very nice wedding ring. Paid for their warranty. Was sitting on the floor and notice a diamond sitting there the realized it was mine from the ring. My wife went down to see if they could repair it. Told us they could not that they would have to send it off to have a new one made. They said they would call and make sure they could get it. No call back my wife called today after waiting a month. They told her no repair and will not replace it. Said they would not refund either. Had plans on the Christmas holiday to treat my wife to a gift from there and I will not be for sure. I have not had a single bad experience until late now and with the absolute lack of any compassion I will not return.

  While looking for a second diamond ring for my wife, I went to the place I bought her wedding ring. My wife did find the ring she wanted, but I wasn't too thrilled with the deal they were offering me. Therefore, we started shopping around for the same ring. After going to several major jewelers we were on the verge of just giving up and waiting for a better "sales event".
  We happened to walk by this place and decided to go in; they had the same diamond ring my wife wanted. We couldn't have been treated better. The staff was very friendly and attentive; even gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. My wife ended up with her second diamond ring after all, and Weisfield ended up with a new repeat customer.

  The new management is great. I have always purchased all of my jewelry from this location and I have always had great service. They have a great selection and knowledgeable sales people. They also have an awesome warranty. I refer them to all of my friends and family.

  Horrible. The lady was upset because I strictly wanted a new setting and not a diamond. She looked at my diamond under the gargantuan horoscope and said there is a gash in your diamond. uhhhh ok, So I looked at it under this huge thing while she was telling me to get back as if I was a dog. I didn't see anything of the nature. She gives me back my ring and says so your diamond is worth nothing, oh but it's worth something to you because it's yours, love it and touched my hand with her nasty yellow smoking looking hands with dirty long nails. My amazing friend was standing behind me listening and in disbelief pipes up saying WOW!!!!@@!!! You say that now??!!! I couldn't believe it either. Needless to say we left immediately. She is writing a letter to their corporate office. AND I am here leaving this horrible review so that no one else has to go through what I went through. And just for the record, I went to a jeweler, Generations Jewelers to be exact, spent money on a setting and got treated way better than that lady could even think about treating her dog.
