They double and triple bill you. Expect bills from multiple locations sent sporadically as if to purposefully confuse you. They will ask to set up automatic billing and then threaten to send you to collection the day after you pay. Every bill you get has different information and random amounts. If you call, they have no idea what is going on with billing so they pick a number from thin air, you pay, the next day they threaten to send you to collections.
I've NEVER seem such an unprofessional, seemingly illegitimate medical facility in my decades as a patient. Go somewhere else if you can. If you can't, RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION, AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Report them to the BBB if they treat you as they have me.

Wait times are fairly short. There is a sense that you really matter. I've had difficult to diagnose and inconsistent symptoms, and Dr. Schwartz has been great to work with and very patient.
