A bit expensive, fries or sides should come with the meal, cheese for fries should be fresh and not pre melted from a dispenser. Good taste, poor value, needs work to compete with Red Robin.

This is not a review of their food, rather their business running practices. My son was interviewed for a job. He received a call from Rebecca(the manager) offering him a job. I heard the voicemail myself. My son returned her call where she asked him to go in and do the paperwork for the job, which he did. However, when he got there all she did was ask him 3 more questions and said she would call him back that day. Two days went by with no phone call. My son finally decided to call her back, and she gave him an excuse of "switching the staff roster, and she couldn't hire him". I'm sorry, that is poor business practice! Especially when you are dealing with a teenager looking for a job. Not a good example at all! But after reading these reviews it could be a blessing in disguise..lots of bad reviews!

they stay in business because its a prime locaion

Noisy dining area, burger was too greasy and cherry coke was really a regular coke with cherry flavoring. Probably will not go here again since my total came to $32.

Horrible Service!!! Sister and I came to the mall to shop. We decided to eat before walking around. Came over to Johnny Rockets and guess what? We were seated at 5:50pm and its now 6:30pm. No food yet! Almost done with our drinks. Finally gave us food at 6:35pm. Our food was cold. No bueno! Not coming back.

Our table was tilted so far I was afraid our meal would slide off our table. The obnoxiously loud kitchen noise and the extremely loud music, gave me a terrible headache. I told a staff member they were out of toilet paper in the women's room, her response "just grab some from the men's room." They were out of toilet paper in the men's room as well. I ordered a chicken salad and it arrived at our table without chicken. My husband asked if we could have the crew sing happy birthday to my daughter, he said it was so busy but he would try to get a few people together. I could tell he did not want to say happy birthday to my daughter so I told him just forget it don't bother. This is the last time we'll come to the Johnny Rockets at the Arrowhead Mall. We've been to the Johnny Rockets at the Arizona Mills where we have always have a great experience.
