The staff are top notch A #1! The Ros are beautiful but the finishes are what make it go down a star rating. I have trip peeling in my room and only hot water out of my sink. There are water issues of many sorts across many rooms.

Yes, it's an old warehouse. It took some getting used, walked away with a few decor ideas. Our overall stay way pretty good. I just wished I couldn't hear the lawn mowers on the 6th floor at 8 in the morning when we're trying to sleep in; maybe insulation could be better. The bath lighting was pretty dark and toilet sits low ( but not a deal breaker. The staff was very nice, we would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay. The rooms are a little "funky" but clean and quiet. Nice amenities. Breakfast tacos made to order in the mornings. Helpful and friendly staff. I'll be back.

Neat hotel. We were at the convention center so the hotel location was perfect. Only a couple of blocks away. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly.

The hotel looked nice however it was obvious they weren't very concerned with the customer experience. My entire floor smelled like sewer when I arrived including my room. Which I understand if you have a toilet overflow but then there should have been air fresheners or something put in each room. The water pressure was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel shower. I literally had to stand directly under it in order to even get wet. Which I suspect was actually a water saving head as the sink seemed to have proper pressure. The towels were the roughest towels I have ever used. The tv wasn't mounted center on the wall so if you laid down on one of the two beds you were looking at it from an odd angle. If this had been a discount hotel I would have understood most of this stuff, but this hotel isn't a Days Inn.

Came to town for a convention at the nearby convention center. Perfect proximity to the convention center so that we could walk back and forth as needed. Great hotel, very nice and comfortable. Every hotel employee we can into contact with was kind and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was nice. Bed comfortable and modern fixtures. The shower was glorious. I wish we had stayed there our whole trip. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Cool front desk staff. Montel was super helpful and have great recommendations for someone who's never been to the city. Room was awesome, loved the exposed brick aesthetic.

We spent night #1 of 3 in Dallas at Aloft and the remaining 2 across the street. The elevator was broken and they put us on the fifth floor. I had a bum leg and asked the front desk (full of young workers talking, obviously too busy to help the group of six waiting for the broken elevator) For help, they did show is to the service elevator, but did not offer any solutions for the morning with a knee injury. We took the stairs the next day. The plumbing was extremely loud and the room next door was not muted at all. Spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer. We won't be back to climb the stairs again.

Wonderful use of space. I love how this is an old Downtown building with this ultra modern hotel inside. I love how they adapted the old with the new. The service is great and the rooms are clean, elegant and comfortable, which is how other Aloft properties have been that we've visited.

Loved our weekend stay at the Cooper Hotel! Great fitness center, good breakfast, and super comfy beds. The rooms are larger than typical hotel rooms and feel more like a real bedroom. The grounds and walking trails are peaceful and the place has the feel of a mini resort. The only down side is that the little cafe closes at 3:00 on Saturday so there's no room service and since it's more of a healthy-living type of place there's not a bar on site but we loved it anyway.

I stayed at the Adolphus for the first time last spring for work and was so impressed with many things: the beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and the elegant, comfortable, and clean room. When I had friends coming to Dallas from Australia, I made sure to book them a room there. Even more impressive was when I called and got Dominique on the phone - she couldn't have been happier to help me accommodate them by helping them check in early and upgrading their room! Thank you Dominique for making their time in Dallas so special. It's always a pleasure to get to stay here.
