Drove all the way from the north side of Indianapolis just to find out that they didn't have the part that they said they did on the phone. In other words the wrong part.

I called and talked to Devon the young guy in the front counter who was just rude to me on the phone and in person I called for a 99 Dodge Ram drivers window and said I was on my way, I showed up 30 min after and they didn't even have it started, everyone up front is rude, don't want to talk to you at all and just act like they are in a hurry to get rid of you, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone just because of the customer service. I come here a lot but think I'll be taking my business to LKQ for now on

I was needing a dually quarter fender for a chevy c3500. they happened to have one. loved the experience, they were very helpful and my client was very pleased with the quality of the part i received from walts. thank again guys, definitely will be using you again in the future.

Just tried to give this business a try and spoke to a gentalmen names Tyler. Guy was absolutely rude and pushed me off the phone. I asked for a Price on a mirror and he told me 250 for it. As I proceeded to try and tell him I just called chevy and they told me for a brand new mirror it was 220 bucks. I asked Tyler why they are so high, he then proceeded to say "thanks have a nice day". And ended the conversation with me. Seems like this place gets good reviews but my first time trying to use them for my business I'll never use them again now.

They have about any part you could ask for and they have great service at the counter. They have there parts already pulled and on the shelf so it saves a lot of time. The best used parts place I have ever delt with

I have purchased several parts in the last year and have been very pleased with their customer service, the quality of the parts, and their part availability. I have worked with Tyler each time, and he is a fantastic guy - really works to help you find your parts.

These guys are NOT "Pick and Pull". They are a real parts supplier with a high degree of service and Q/A. This is going to cost a bit more, but if it's worth it to you, Walts is a great choice.
