Mike Myers found the exact MKT that we were looking for and then they drove the car to Fort Wayne Indiana to deliver it to our home. Very happy with our 2017 Ford Escape SE purchased earlier this year from Beau Townsend Ford in Vandalia Ohio. We received a fair offer on the car and on our trade-in and have been happy with the car so far. For the price, the car has a lot of value. Good ride and handling and nice features. This is not the high end version but more of a mid-level car. Still, the features are significant. We have had the car in for routine service twice so far and have been happy with the service provided and the convenience of the process.

Wow! Connor Spencer was great! He helped me find my dream car and even saved me from walking in the rain by bringing the cars I was interested in right to the door. I've never had better customer service! Also was pleasantly surprised to be introduced to the owner himself. It really made buying a new car a personal experience. 10/10 would recommend! . Had an issue with my 2015 F-150's moon roof. My hometown Ford dealership (Miamisburg) couldn't even look at it for two months even if it was stuck open!!
Beau Townsend got me in right away and fixed it that same day. Very professional staff that went out of there way to explain the repair. A top notch facility. I will drive right by my local Ford dealer and spend the extra time driving to Beau's next time I need service or shopping for a car

Service department seemed overwelmed. Dropped my vehicle off at 745 am on a Tuesday and didn't get it diagnosed until Thursday around 4pm. Communication was sparse and that was me making the calls. Even with making an appointment online they didnt have the information I provided at multiple key points. They did however handle the extended warranty company better than I had anticipated. Better communication, especially when you have to keep someones car overnight would have been appreciated

My husband was driving through Ohio on his way to North Carolina, hauling a trailer when the running light fuses blew on his truck. After hours of troubleshooting he still couldn't find the fuse that was the culprit. I got on Google & started calling Dealerships on I-75 trying to find someone who could help him on short notice. Craig told me to send him on over & someone would help him. Everyone was nice & helpful. They even showed him in the manual what the fuse was actually called so if it ever happened again he could quickly fix it himself. Within 30 minutes he was out of there!! And by the way, this was on a BUSY Friday. Thanks for GREAT service Beau Townsend Ford Team!!

Justin Jacobs was new to me even though this is the fourth Lincoln I have acquired through Beau Townsend. Mr. Jacobs was the most knowledgeable representative I have worked with thus far. Mr. Jacobs understood exactly what I was looking for and what models have what I needed and wanted. Fortunately, the car I wanted and needed was available on the lot, and I drove it home. Mr. Jacobs was able to handle all the paper work most efficiently and walk me through all the new aspects of this vehicle. Conner Spencer is an awesome salesman! He took his time with me and my handicap wife, making sure of what we wanted in a new vehicle. We were shown vehicles that would allow my wife easy access in and out of the vehicle. He went out of his way to assist us, patient ( my wife walks real slow) and made sure we understood all the options available on the vehicle we were looking at.
