As one of those people that does their homework and researches until they're blue in the face, this is the place to go. I cannot express how incredible happy we were to work with Shaun and Mario when purchasing our new vehicle. It's a straight forward and honest experience that you don't see often anymore and we genuinely appreciated it. I'm knocking this review down because I was just treated like a 12-year-old by an older gentleman at Nissan. He acted like he was my dad. Incredibly disrespectful and rude when I was being polite to him.

When I was paying at the counter he came up to me because he thought that I didn't give him the keys to the loaner car. He went "Keys sir??" as he walked up to me. He said it as if I was an idiot. In actuality I had left the keys with the other service man their assisting me.

Then he asked me if I filled the tank up with gas. I had driven to work one day and the job was supposed to be finished that day. They didn't have a part so they told me it was a courtesy to keep the car a second day while the part came in. I need my truck and it was a pretty big inconvenience to not get it back the day they said they would.

He scolded me on how I am supposed to fill rental cars up and how "if everyone did what I did, [he] wouldn't have any gas left." I considered sharing with him about the fact that things got delayed.

I offered to have him add a charge because I didn't think it was that big of a deal. I mean, what would it be? $15? He refused. But he acted like I was sheisting them for thousands of dollars.

I just spent $1500 to be scolded at by an old man on my way out and he was wrong about both things and didn't know the full picture. I'm 27-years-old and have never had someone who I am paying that much money to, treat me like a child.

I'm not sure I'll be coming back here again. There are a lot of places where people will fix your car for cheaper and they'll thank you for it. You go to a dealership to maintain a good relationship and work with good people you can trust on behalf of your car brand. So if the relationship is bad, a service dealership is a barstool without a leg.

It's a real shame because my experience with Travis was great. He was kind, treated me with respect and was fun to talk to. The older man I spoke with could probably take some notes from Travis. Unfortunately, the older man probably make twice as much as him and based on my interaction, he is far less deserving.

I recently bought a 370z from Jeff Schmitt Nissan and my experience there was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The salesperson I worked with, Sam Allen, was extremely professional and attentive, while also being very easy to work with. The entire process went smoothly, all of my needs were met, and it was ultimately the the best car buying experience I've ever had, hands down. I would definitely buy from them again!

After finally deciding what vehicle we wanted to purchase, I found one that met all our wishes at Jeff Schmitt. Was met at the door by George, who was extremely nice and upfront. Dan (used car manager), George and myself after a fairly quick negotiation were able to meet on a price. To make sure that was the car for us, they let us take it overnight which I'd advise everyone to do. Finance went through quickly with no issues. Only reason I'm not giving 5 star is the car originally smelled like smoke. During final paperwork they sent it to the detail department and had it detailed and "ozoned deodorized". The cars interior wasn't fully detailed and after a couple days the smoke smell came back as the smell good stuff they sprayed wore off. I understand that smoke smell will linger for awhile; however, I feel like the detail that was performed was just a quick wash and vacuum to expedite the process. No real attention to detail was performed by the detailing department. Other than that, I would recommend Jeff Schmitt without hesitation.

All positive. I searched dealers for a Nissan, examined their inventory via their website, and made an appointment for the same week. My sales associate was Tyler Atkinson, who is by far the most professional car salesperson I have met. He was polite, informative, clear with explanations, not at all too eager or pushy, and went at my pace. While still in the parking lot he listened to all my criteria and was able to narrow the options that fit. Test drive was great, and I bought on the return to the dealership. Everyone involved in the process was sincerely helpful and we had a genuine good time - which is often rare when buying a car! I sincerely and without reservation recommend Tyler Atkinson at jeff Schmitt Nissan.

We have purchased two vehicles at Jeff Schmitt Nissan over the last two months. Not only us, but this is the fifth vehicle purchased by my family in the last six months!! The experience was always positive, and when I purchased my Ford Taurus, it was quick and painless. Dakota Hamilton was awesome to work with as well as other team members. They all worked extremely hard to make our purchases happen! I would HIGHLY recommend talking with Dakota. He will go above and beyond the call of duty!!
