They have provided our family with reliable and courteous service for the last 10 years or so. I felt comfortable enough to take my new Honda CRV to them instead of sticking with the dealership. Most recently, they took care of my son's car in emergency on a Saturday when he was going out of town but had trouble few miles from home. He was able to continue his trip in safety after about three hours service. I also like their upgraded customer service area with computerized screen which to me shows that they are keeping up with technology. So, obviously, I am a satisfied customer.

I had multiple questions & asked them to look up various things like tires, brake wear, the quoted price They weren't bothered, & explained everything. My car got new tires, oil change, & an alignment. Repeat customer.

This is my second visit to Jamie's Tire. Experience was as good, if not better than the first. Again, my car needed more work than thought. But, once they showed me why the brakes were failing and why it was necessary, I was very comfortable with the decision. Everyone at Jamie's Tire is friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. If you are looking for the best service, look no further.

It can be a little frightening taking your car to the shop and wondering what they will find. Without exception Jamie's provides valuable service at a fair price. They take the time to explain what your car needs and give you option on what you can do. My wife and I have been going there for nearly 20 years and have always been happy with the service.

I have been going to Jamie's in Fairborn for over 15 years-to put it simply and to the point, they can be TRUSTED. Jamie and Jennifer are just good people. I enjoy dealing with people that value honesty and integrity as much as I do. I haven't used them in a while-not because I've found another automotive service provider, or don't have vehicles anymore, but because they have played a large part in maintaining my 2008 Ford Escape that now has 150,000 miles on it and that I would take across country in a New York minute!!!

My mechanic recommended Jamie's Tires to me. The last few times my family has needed tires, I used one of the "discount" options in the local area (which I would say had been "okay", not great). I was nervous about going to a Goodyear dealer, concerned that the price would be too high. My experience was much better. The discount places push you to spend more money and pile on charges. Jamie's, on the other hand, talked over my options with me and were only concerned with getting me what I wanted. I got an appointment quickly, they were very communicative with me about what was going on, and then once the work was agreed upon, the job was done fast. I dealt with a few staff members between booking the appointment and checking out, and everyone was extremely professional and nice. They even filled out my rebate paperwork for me! The job got done quickly, at a reasonable price, and most importantly, I no longer have tire or alignment problems. Would definitely recommend. I live about 40 minutes away but I'm willing to travel for good doctors and mechanics!
