Thank you Walsh Honda for such a wonderful experience in purchasing our Accord! In the last two weeks, we have contacted many dealerships to consider which vehicle would be our next purchase. Walsh was the ONLY place where we felt completely at ease and never pressured. Carlos and Archie provided the best customer service and patience, always with a genuine smile. I had several dealerships to choose from to buy my new Honda. I read the awesome reviews for Walsh Honda and decided to make the drive from McDonough. I’m so glad I made this decision! The staff made my car buying experience a breeze and pain free. They are very customer service driven and will do what it takes to explain everything and make you feel at ease. Cedric Green was my salesman and let me tell you, this man is a pleasure to do business with. He is very professional and upfront and honest! Cedric is a very valuable asset to this company. I would without hesitation or doubt buy another vehicle from Walsh! I am in love with my new Accord!

Excellent service from Jennifer! She wasn't pushy and made sure to give us the information we needed on the cars. She even brought additional information to me at work the next day. Everybody here was so helpful and nice both times I came. I had to drive an hour and a half just to get there so I wasn't looking forward to it, but it was worth the drive. I will be only using them from now on. It was great from being greeted when I pulled up to checking out! Great place!

From making the appointment to walking out the door, service at Walsh Honda is always exceptional. There's always plenty of arrival cheer from multiple people not to exclude the wonderful treatment from your own personal adviser who goes out of his way to make sure he understands your needs and gives honest opinions and advice. I've never been kept waiting and the operation there is obviously one of efficiency. At no time have I ever felt rushed and employees seem to have all the time in the world for your needs. From purchase to service, you always know you are in good hands.

My husband and I have both bought vehicles from Walsh Honda. Both times they offered a price lower the first time than the other dealerships were able to offer. Tony McIntosh was so great and kept in touch with me and answered all my questions. Archie was able to come up with a fair price for the 2017 Honda CR-V and ordered the hard-to-get color I wanted. From sales to management, no one pressured us and they were patient and willing to work with us. We didn't go here and feel like there were "sharks in the water" like at many dealerships where the people there are only wanting to make as much money as possible from a customer. We felt comfortable around Raymond, Archie and the finance man, other staff are friendly as well. This is our new dealership, why would we go anywhere else; they have given us every reason to stay.

Once again, Walsh Honda went above and beyond to give us a great deal on a new Honda Fit EX! Special thanks to Deanna Terrell for outstanding customer service as our sales representative. She was very receptive to our every need and provided us with great options to make a great choice on a new vehicle!

Came in on 2/20/2017 to have our tire replaced. It had a big screw in it and we called Honda roadside assistance. Hats off to them: they came to our house in about 30 minutes and changed the tire in the driveway! Took the tire to Walsh expecting to have to pay for a new tire, but the guys in the service department were able to just repair the tire. Dexter Scott was our service advisor and gave us great customer service as always. Thanks to everyone at Walsh for being so nice to us!
