  I would not recommend this location. I went there after having reserved a utility trailer. I waited 20 minutes for someone to talk to me. I was then told to pull around to the side and they would hook the trailer up. After waiting another thirty minutes, nobody had bothered to come out. I gave up and left. Don't waste your time.

  My one latest rental was a truck w/trailer. At the end of my haul, on the way home, the hitch ball nut came off. Luckily no damage or injury occurred. I am not impressed with their maintenance procedures.

  I would never go back here. I called this place and spoke to a lady here and she hung up on me when I went here in person they where not friendly at all.

  Very large place but so so friendly staffs. Took me a good 45 minutes to get a truck that I reserved. And they forgot to put a dolly and dozen blankets I requested over 2 weeks ago.
  Well, that wasn't all. Never asked me to walk around the truck to checkout the pre-damages or anything. Well, maybe because U-Haul is a low cost company than others?
  I cannot answer that.
