The workers definitely try to make your stay as comfortable as they can. My wife and I really appreciate it!

They change you 300 a week and the don't clean your room when there supposed to or at all. I've been here for two months no house keeping. Most of the staff is rude at best and it's an ordeal just to get your linen changed.

Terrible hotel. I booked through the hotel directly. The reservation was for a non-smoking room. I was traveling with my wife and two kids one of which was five days old, due to hurricane Irma. When I arrived, the only vacancy they had was a smoking room. We could not stay in the smoking room because we are traveling with a neonate. The hotel could not keep its promise as discussed in the reservation and we were forced to search for a hotel into the wee hours of the night for an other hotel.

Great price for a weeks stay. There's no blow dryer or iron. Very close to popular restaurants and there a supermarket and small shopping center walking distance away. Also, fast food is walking distance and gas station..

It's ok. The employees can be very helpful when they're not catching attitudes. We loved the housekeeper, she's very warm to everyone and will clean the rooms from top to bottom in a reasonable time. Be careful with the ppl who are long-term residents, they will complain about you if you're outside smoking a cigarette or a cigar. One couple told the front desk that ppl were smoking marijuana and it wasn't true. The area is in a perfect place because the Publix is less than a mile away.

Rating based on price paid, this facility deserves 4 stars. The room and common areas were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and professional. Really couldn't ask for more. The hotel is located near restaurants, a mall, and is not far from the interstate.
