I purchased my first new vehicle from Five Star Hyundai Dec.1st and my Birthday is today Dec.2,So i got the best Birthday gift ever. April is the best customer service representative it is. She's awesome. She really take care of her customers. She told and showed me everything down to the door handles about the car before I purchased it. Great Job April and thanks again for everything that you did to help get me in my new 2018 Hyundai Elantra

Picked up our Genesis G80 today and are thrilled beyond all expectations. Terrance helped us tremendously through the entire process including setting up my phone with the Genesis app. He is the best salesman of all time and we are recommending him at the highest level possible.

I am super happy with the service I have received over the years from Mike Heard at Five Star Hyundai Warner Robins. I have bought 3 cars over the years from this dealership and the service has always been top notch. I can call Mike at any time with my last minute requests for oil changes and he always does his best to get me in ASAP. His smile and pleasant personality make me want to keep my service at Five Star now and in the future!

I was in the market for a new car, a co-worker referred me to Mr. Marcus Nottingham at Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robins, Ga. I spoke with Mr. Nottingham via phone he was very nice, he sent me everything about the car I was looking to purchase. Going to the office to meet with him, he was even nice in person. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle, you were given Carfax report on what vehicle you wanted to purchase. Mr. Nottingham answered all my questions, I think he has been one of the best salesman that I have ever come across. I would recommend Marcus and Five Star Hyundai to everyone looking to purchase a car. That's where I got my new Dodge Challenger from on 11-06-2017

The service department is staffed with courteous, friendly people. I had an appointment and my car was taken in promptly. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. When I returned to pick up my car they had even washed it and vacuumed the inside! I would highly recommend the service department here!!

My Mother purchased a convertible a few months back. It's been so hot we haven't been able to enjoy it. Thanks to the cool weather that Is in the air it's the perfect time to drop the top. I stopped by and was greeted by sales person Marcus Nottingham. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. He wasn't overly aggressive either. After a day went I felt comfortable enough to go back and purchase the car i wanted and I feel good about the choice I made. Great car buying experience!

It has been almost twenty years since I purchased a new vehicle and I really wasn't looking forward to haggling with pushy salesmen. My good fortune was walking into 5 Star Hyundai and meeting Mr. Quintin Perry. He was very easy going, non-confrontational and showed a true understanding of my needs. I gave him a list of vehicle requirements and he was able to locate the perfect vehicle within my price range. The entire process from the various test drives to the exact sales price I was looking for, went very smooth. Mr. Perry and the staff at 5 Star Hyundai exceeded my expectations and truly deserve the 5 Stars!

I had an overall great experience. Carissa as well as the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. They really listened and got me what I needed. There was not one instance in which I felt like I was being taking advantage of. The car ended up being at a different Five Star dealership who we stopped by at first but ultimately wanted to only work with Carissa and Warner Robins Five Star Hyundai. She and the staff gave such a great first impression.

I had been looking for a car for forever & was pretty indecisive about if I wanted to just buy a cash car or if I wanted to get a vehicle I would have to make payments on so I stopped by the dealership with a friend who had previously purchased from Five Star Hyundai & I was very impressed with how fast I was asssited & how well my needs were accommodated when it came to price & quality. Any who it took me about a week or so to come to a final decision but my salesman Marcus Nottingham made sure I was taken care of and it didn't take long at all. I have now had my vehicle a couple weeks & I still love it! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone!

Carissa Self was amazing, as was the entire team.This is the third car I've purchased from here and have never been disappointed. Carissa Self was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made the entire process, painless. It was about as much fun as buying a car can be. No pun intended but she truly did provide 5 star service.

We had such a wonderful experience at Hyundai. Our sales man Chris Turk was the coolest guy. He knows his stuff. He got my husband the car he wanted and it didn't take long.
