This was the most pleasant shopping experience when it comes to purchasing a car. Our salesman was Keven Noel. He really took the time with us. We knew what we wanted going in but after a test drive we decided to take a look at another vehicle. We decided on a slightly newer model of the Suburban. Once we decided it was a very speedy delivery process from Keven's side and the finance side with Matt McDaniel. I came in with pre-qualified loan from my credit union but Matt was able to arrange financing through a local bank at a lower rate!. Last but not least Keven walked us through several details of the car's set up and operation. Didn't know dealers did that anymore. Take a trip to Warner Robbins and be happy. Ten out of ten experience

Want to share that Five Star made me a deal on getting me my dream car. Purchased a Corvette with a very unique color. Had to haggle only briefly but worked it out finally. My salesman was Antwoine but another gentleman there stood out with his passion and love for the car. His name was Russell Christmas. Name was so unique I couldn't forget that. If you needed any help with performance cars he is the one to ask for.

Worst used vehicle purchase ever. I drove 3 hours here to check out a used truck I saw online. Drove it around and everything seemed fine. When we finally left almost 3 hours later it was dark and I noticed all the lights on the truck were pulsating/ flashing. Interior and exterior. Drove truck straight to service dept. They were closing so they said they would look at when they opened again. Next day service manager called and said it was a bad alternator and said it would be $800.00. Are u kidding me. I told them no and came to pick up the truck. Went to local Auto parts store and got an alternator for $160.00 and installed myself in 30 minutes. On the 3 hr drive home it started getting dark and guess whatthe problem still was there. Nice diagnosis there guysnot. I then get home and noticed oil pouring out of the truck. It appears to be a bad head gasket but will have to investigate more. No wonder there was so much armour all on the engine. I guess I should've known better. So much for the used vehicle inspection. 1st and last time this dealership will see my faceunless they want to make things right. absolutely ridiculous.

I just would like to share a great experience that I have had recently. My friend Sara purchased a vehicle a few weeks ago from Five Star and told me that she had an outstanding experience. She persuaded me to go after telling me about her experience with the salesman Mr. Russel Christmas. I was in the market to purchase a truck for my son and told him he could have the truck he wanted as long as we purchased it from 5 star. We went and dealt with Russel and his reputation held true. We had a great experience and purchased what we wanted for the price we "demanded."
Russel you truly are a great guy and we will be please to spread the word about our experience. I will be telling all my friends to go into 5 star and ask for you.

It's really hard to get direct answers from the service team. The truth is all I ask for. It's unfortunate that the majority of the team from two years ago are gone. I may not have agreed with their answers to the hard facts, but at least I got great Customer Service before they asked for my fist born child. Honestly I may have been better off using Youtube to determine my own problem and enjoyed the comfort of my home while I figured it out. I visited twice in one week for you to tell me you couldn't find a leak. You wasted 5+ hours of my time on the initial visit. My appointment was at 8am NO ONE offered me a courtesy vehicle or even a ride to get lunch. I literally had to go home get on the ground myself and take pictures of the leak so you could figure out were the issue was. You waisted a total of nine hours of my time and then tried to sugar coat the hard facts only to come back with the grand total of $1900.00. Not on your life or mine would I allow you to fix my car. Thanks but no thanks. When you hire quality service people with a clue about Customer Servicemaybe then will I return.

I just bought my third car from five star the same salesman twice. I thought I could trust them. (NOT) Was lied to about a used car, lied to about what my payments would be, lied to about my trade in. After six hours of pressuring me to buy a new car I did. It was my fault that I trusted them and didn't go over the paperwork that well. It ended up that I lost $8,000.00 because I was told one price and charged another. I got screwed good. Thanks five star I will never buy a car from you again. Nice way to treat a senior citizen VETERAN

Johnny Thomas and Gary Marc provided one of the best experiences I have been involved with at any car dealership in the last 30+ years. These gentlemen were very professional without the "high pressure" sales techniques usually associated with this type of purchase.

I told Derick from the beginning that I was not going to "play" the normal games that some dealerships try to play. I also let him know I would not spend all day or even many hours in the dealership. I was very pleased with the service I received. My salesman by no mean "sold" me a car but he assisted me with making a dream become reality. I don't consider Gary Marc as your ordinary salesman but more of a friend. He made sure that my whole experience was one that was comfortable, even taking in consideration that I had small kids with me and how he could alter his job by asking me questions so that I could better keep an eye on my kids. He's a great asset to the five star team. This was my second purchase from them and I'm sure it won't be last. Thanks for the wealth of knowledge, your patience and your genuine concern for both me and my kids in purchasing "My boo" (Malibu). It's greatly appreciated!

Good experience while purchasing a new GMC Sierra Rocky Ridge. Thanks to Russell Christmas and Antoine Burgess for a great truck! Russell Christmas specifically went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything promised in the deal. After some confusion with the service department, he went out of his way and used his personal vehicle to transport parts, and stayed with the job until it was completed--late into the evening. This is the second truck I've purchased from Russell at 5-star, his knowledge is excellent and unmatched in the Warner Robins area--would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Just purchased a vehicle from 3,800 miles away. Received the vehicle as promise with no pressure. Was the best deal in the country! The salesman, Alan Johnson and Phillip Mitchell, was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation, and did everything possible to get my mother in the vehicle she wanted. Had an exceptional experience buying my truck! The salesman, Phillip, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about every question I had! Very friendly but also knew when to just back off and not be pushy like most dealerships! Trey, in finance, was also a huge help! Got me to and incredible price on the truck and really honed in on which warranties/coverages would be most beneficial to suit my needs! Five Stat Chevy rocks! Would Definitely buy another vehicle from this place again!!

My daughter visited Five Star Chevy this past weekend in search of a an upgrade car. We were paired with Archie Thomas. From the start, he was everything we needed in a salesman. His smile greeted us. His ear was attentive to my daughter's car requirements while she test drove various cars. He was knowledgeable about the selections we made and helped us make our first choice. When the price point could not met, Archie quickly went back to the drawing board and led us to car that was not only less in price but also a much better fit for my daughter. Thank you Archie!! She is loving her car and I am loving her in it!!! Job well done!!!
