My room gave me a roommate. Mr. Cockroach! No mini fridge as it advertised. Furniture, fithly. Kids, no. Unless all druggies. Very unpleasant. Expedia, doesn't have good advertisement for hotel. Drive by don't stop.
The room was nothing like it looked in the picture. The pool was closed down for repairs and the front of hotel was caution roped off. When we got there we weren't even sure if they were open as the lot was bare. The people were very nice and polite, very friendlywhich is why I rated it a 2 instead of a 0.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and close to the location we needed to be at. The pool was down for whatever reason but honestly that wasn't a big deal. Very affordable and comfy.
Very comfy place. Can't hear any foot traffic it noise. Comfortable, clean beds & nice flat screens with lots of channels. Ignore the bad ratings. Safe place also surrounded by 4 gas stations, Walmart superstore & lots of food places around here. Thumbs up!! 👍
It is a last minute thing. The hotel is in a perfect spot. Quite a few retailers including Walmart, less than a block away. $3 per load to wash. $3 per load to dry. Walkers of the night live there. No one bothered me though. I didn't have a fridge or microwave. Kind of quiet.
My wife and I stayed here for a week after our apartment move-in date was delayed due to remodeling. We got a reasonable weekly rate and the hotel was pretty decent. It's definitely showing it's age, but it was overall satisfactory. The beds are comfortable, every day the housekeeping was done adequately and the room smelled very nice afterward. It had all the essentials, but not much more. Continental breakfast isn't much, but if you can live with an apple and a waffle or muffin you'll be fine. The pool was a nice surprise - kept clean and was great to relax in. The place could definitely use some remodeling, especially with the awning in front of the lobby practically falling in. Overall, I would give it a 7/10. For the area, it's a good price and feels safer than many others in sketchier areas.
I stayed at Vista Inn, after having an intense and fantastic day at Busch Gardens. The accommodations are reasonable, the mattresses are in excellent conditions although the night stand wasn't secured. It's an excellent place to stay overnight after a long day. The room doesn't have towels so bring your own. The breakfast is served from 6 am to 9 am and is reasonable includes waffles, cereal, bread, bagels, fruits, coffee and juice. I won't stayed for a long time because it doesn't have any amenities besides a pool. Overall, it's not pricy and I'll used only for an overnight stay.
If you absolutely need a place to stay for relatively cheap than ok but wow, I found a syringe in my ant infested room. Some pubes in the shower (sorry but yea) WiFi kept cutting out (possibly another guest injecting deauth frames/packet sniffing?) The free "breakfast" consists of basically all grains/carbs, no protein. Bagel, waffle, cereal, muffin, moldy fruit, room temp yogurt ect. Plus they have the balls to try and say you can't take anything back to your room. (Probably because the damn ants) The location is good (for Florida that is) However because there is a lot of local restraunts to choose from and a few stores.
Very dirty and in a bad area and when I ordered pizza the pizza guy said they found a human foot behind one of the rooms the site said 6 rating and pleasant it was far from pleasant did not feel safe and the place is nasty with liter all over the place if you stay there make sure you bring mase or a taser
Not bad, but not the Ritz. Bathroom needed some TLC in regards to paint, better repairs and needed much more water pressure in the shower. The front door would stick due to the paint. The room was more humid than it needed to be due to the inch gap at the bottom of the front door that could have easily been fixed with some weather stripping. The wading pool and swimming pool looked nice, but it's been raining and I did not partake of that amenity.
Grossest hotel I've stayed at in 20 years. It looked like a seedy hotel in the movies rented by the hour by prostitutesbut unfortunately, it was real life. Room was dirty, smelly, and the bathroom was infested with ants. My husband requested a second pillow at front desk and was told, "we have a few extra but we've given them all out." The next morning I shower then realize the blow-dryer is missing. I go to front desk and ask Stephanie for a replacement and I'm told there are no extras. I request that she give me one from an empty room and she tells me that the hotel is sold out (despite only a few cars in the parking lot.) With hair dripping wet, I ask for a manager and am told there is no manager. The following Monday, I call and speak to Matt the manager and request a refund on room and am told, "the computer system is down. We'll call you back when it's working." Matt the Manager never called back. Terrible experience, terrible service. Wish I checked Google, Trip Advisor, and Yelp before I stayed there as everywhere it has terrible reviews--DISGUSTING PLACE!!
If I could give ZERO stars, I definitely would. First of all I had my suite reserved for over 2 months, get to the front desk to check-in & was told they had me reserved for a single king bed room. I had a family of 6 to accommodate on our Spring Break vacation, and was being told they don't even have suites even though I booked it over the phone with someone on site. After they tried to please me by giving me two rooms (for the price of one), I went to the room door and noticed bugs flying in the curtains that I seen through the window before even entering. I opened the door and a terrible smell met me. The carpet was stained, bathroom was nasty. There were cobwebs in multiple areas of the ceilings, and a bugs nest of some sort under the sink. I immediately went to the front desk to get a refund, but was told the system was down (yet they continued to check people in). They will take your money, but won't give it back. The place is FILTHY. Upon being in the room for 5 minutes, my son ended up with more than 6 bites on his legs. I also noticed upon leaving that the establishment had placed charges on my checking account & credit card. They charged me twice without my consent. I'm STILL waiting on my money back This place shouldn't even charge to stay here. It should be used to house the homeless. DO NOT STAY HERE
