The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was good. But the pool was green.

This Ramada iz probably the nicest hotel in Zephyrhills having been recently remodeled. Centrally located with clean roomz and helpful staff make this a good value for all. Do try it for yourself.

The desk clerk was very friendly and funny when checking us in .. a great start we were given a room on the ground floor which we requested with an accessible bathroom. The room was very nice and clean had a great overnight stay with a great breakfast the next morning. We really enjoyed our stay!

I reserved a room online for a double bed room, when I checked in and went to the room, someone's belongings were in it already and it smelled like strong body odor and was very humid. I went to the desk and let the clerk know, she upgraded us to a king suite across the hall. When I went to that room, all the mattresses were off the beds and standing on end in the living room area. I went back to the clerk and told her about it. She said she was going to call the manager, but didn't. She transferred us to another king suite. With a pull out bed from the couch. We looked everywhere for sheets and stuff for the pull out bed because I had my 17 year old sister with me, but there was none to be found. I had to go to the desk yet again to ask for the bed stuff. The king bed was comfortable. But the whole first hour of being in that hotel was very frustrating. I will not be using this hotel again. The front desk clerk was accomadating enough but I couldnt help but get the feeling I was bugging her.

My husband and I stay here every time we come to visit family in the area. The rooms are always neat and clean. Their customer service is outstanding. We really enjoy the free breakfast, they have a lot of food to choose from and it is hot and refreshed all morning. The hotel is older as some reviewers have stated, but it is very well kept!!
