We had such an incredible experience buying our RV from here. Joe was an awesome salesman and we were extremely impressed with the customer service from every angle. I can’t imagine how they could’ve made us happier customers. They’ve definitely made us customers for life. The prices were really good too! Much much better experience than we had at another local RV retailer where we bought our first RV.

    What an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
Got a great deal on a travel trailer and were treated like royalty from start to finish.
Justin, the young man that took care of us we can’t say enough great about! Very personable and listened to everything we asked for-and we got it!
Thanks Justin and also to Lazydays!

Salesman Jonathan Dent was exceptional. He treated us as valued guests and never pressured us at all. Very personable. He showed us the units we wanted to see and was respectful of our time. We now value him as a friend that we would be honored to see and do business with again. Cathy Halsey was the young lady who helped us navigate all the paperwork. She did such a marvelous job. We cant wait to buy again!

Great experience working with Quincy Barr in Lazydays Sales Department, through the sales process and final negotiations on price. The sales process was completed entirely by email, from 1200 miles away, including valuation of my trade. Looking forward to picking up my class A diesel pusher next week. So far there have been no issues. Currently working with the business office and service department to close the deal, and hope to be able to leave the same positive feedback. So far so good.

We recently purchased our first RV from Lazydays Tampa and could not be happier! Nichole Brewer (our sales consultant) was the best! Pat was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions on the inspection. Ben and Todd in finance went above and beyond. Everyone in and around the dealership was courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys to youThey know their RV's!!!

Joanne Heppe was great. Patient and straight forward. Great sales experience. We met her 3 years ago, but did not buy and now that we were in the market again we sought her out and she found the best RV for us.

We have been Lazydays customers since March of 2016 when we purchased our motor home. Since then Lazydays has been exceptional in delivering after sale service to us. Samantha Torres our Service Advisor and Justin the technician who did the work have provided us outstanding service. They took care of all the warranty work, installed our solar system and have taken the time to make sure we were educated on every operation in our motor home. I highly recommend Lazydays for the purchase and service motor home or trailer. Ask for James Mason he is a great sales rep.

Would def say this place is beyond helpful. Lynn Tarkenton has not only been helpful but extremely patient with us. He has been able to met all our request and then some. If you are looking for an RV this will be the place to go. The camp ground is very nice and very clean. Drinks are free tea, soda and coffee which the coffee machine has the best latte's and cappuccino"s ever. Employees are very friendly and they made the process as easy as they could for us. Great place!! Thanks again Lynn

We bought our first Class A recently. We made several trips there to look at all the units. When we found one that we liked our salesmen Bob & George went above and beyond to take care of us through the whole process. Everyone from the sales team, finance team to the insurance folks, were so pleasant. We would defiantly recommend Lazydays for any of your RV needs. Great experience all around!!!

We were there to have a windshield replaced, It was on time and they did a perfect job. While we were having it done we found a couple of additional items to be repaired. Even though they were very busy they accommodated our last minute request and again exceeded our expectations and did a perfect job. I will come back

I am very pleased with my service writer (Chuck Woods) and Crown Club head (Doug Earl). They worked with me and Winnebago and resolved my slide program. Shannon G supervised the slide re-do and advised me every step of the way. I am completely satisfied working with all - "Job well done" It's great to have excellent personnel to get the job done.
Claire and I and Hudson thank you for your great support to keep us happy campers.
    Regards,

    Steve & Claire
    PS:
Can't forget Precious Murray for her Customer Service attitude -she is a asset to the organization and a delight to work with.

We bought a used 2006 Itasca Ellipse from Lazydays and it was an extraordinary experience! They went over that coach with a fine tooth comb and repaired or replaced anything that wasn't working 100% to include a toilet, tires, and a multitude of other smaller issues that comes with an older coach. I was simply amazed at all that they did prior to delivery to my husband and I. They made a customer for life with this one sale and their attention to detail!! Thank you Billy Black in Service!!

This review is for the Lazy Days Camping Resort. I have no experiences with the sales & service departments.
On I-4, exit 10, this is a good base for traveling around the Tampa area. It's convenient to fuel and food with 2 travel plazas and a Bob Evans across the street, a Cracker Barrel inside the resort, dining room (The Front Porch) in the sales office where you redeem your breakfast and lunch tickets included with your site and Exit 10 Restaurant next to the screened pool.
Do not miss Martha's Family Restaurant less than 2 miles away!
Sites are close together so your patio is pretty close to your neighbors utility connections.

Was very pleased with Campground. There was mixed reviews from other postings but I was very satisfied. The pool was super clean and inviting. The playground is nice. The trolley driver, Lisa I think, was super friendly and very informative. She even wanted to make sure we had our breakfast and lunch vouchers. I didn't know we were to suppose to receive. So went back to registration and got. Over all a very good experience.
