Brayden was very friendly and great assistance. Not pushy and gave us space and time to think about the purchase. We will definitely come back and ask for him. Thanks Brayden! :)
Kevin was very helpful and friendly. Great selection of furniture and very efficient. Wil definitely return here for more stuff I don't need.
Not a bad store or bad experience. Not really high end stuff. And, everything kind of looks the same.
Normally, you get attacked like VULTURES when you enter a furniture chain. We made 3 full rounds around this large facility before being asked by a salesman (from a seated position in a cushy chair) if he could help. We knew what we were purchasing already from an ad in the paper. Needed to pick out tables & lamps, was asked if we needed to be followed around, or if we could come find him once we found what we wanted. Very unprofessional. Hopefully the delivery will be a better experience.
I had a family member suggest this place because of their great customer service and good prices. When I stopped by with my boyfriend, looking for a new bedroom set and mattress they went above and beyond to help us. My boyfriend and I are still young (early 20s) so we didn't exactly know what we were looking for, but the man who greeted us, Brayden, was very helpful. We told him what kind of style we wanted, the idea of colors, and size. He showed us several bedroom sets and styles that we liked and helped us find the perfect one! He even recommended a couple mattresses for us, and helped us figure out the level of softness we were looking for. It's been about 30 days with this set and new mattress and I honestly couldn't be happier. We even asked to speak with the store manager, Alan, to say what great service we had. He was very happy to hear that and he was very friendly. I will be back to find a new living room set next! Highly recommend this place!
They are great with customer service an they have great furniture
They have a great selection, staff was really nice and helpful. We were able to get our couch delivered 2 days later when every other store we went to was claiming 2-3 weeks before we could get it. This place isn't cheap but it's not terribly expensive either, and you get what you pay for. So far we love our couch, and the protection plan they sell is worth every penny. The stain protection they put on the fabric really does work, it is incredible, and I will not buy another piece of furniture without it.
Purchased a bedroom and living room set in July of 2015, when I was on the the show floor looking at my options this cream colored set caught my eye but I was hesitant to purchase it due to the fact that at the time I had a 7 month old. Upon hearing my hesitation the salesman told me about this "wonderful" staingaurd that they offered, promising me that "food stains would come up with ease" and "beverages would bead up and roll off the furniture". I was charged an extra $70.00 to get my sofa "staingaurded", $60.00 for my love seat and $20.00 for my ottoman.a bunch of lies! Literally everything stains my couches, including water! I have had technicians come out 3 separate times to remove stains that I couldn't get out with the rooms to go cleaner that they gave me. Two of the times I had a very professional, older technician come out, he was very meticulous and you could tell that he cared. One of the times I had a guy in his late 20's maybe early 30's come out, he "cleaned" the stains and left. A week later when I was cleaning I went to vacuum out my couches and noticed that he didn't in fact get the stain out, HE FLIPPED THE COUCH CUSHIONS! I didn't call to complain because at this point I was livid and didn't feel like dealing with it. Fast forward, my 7 month old son is now a 2 year old toddler, he's constantly getting food or leaking his sippy cups onto my furniture and I can only get out so many stains. I called rooms to go about 2 weeks ago to express my frustration with the "stain guard" and how it didn't work, they referred me to their customer service number and I called. The lady on the phone told me to send pictures of the stains to an email address that she gave me and that someone would contact me. Well here we are almost 2 weeks later and I haven't even gotten a confirmation email or anything, so I went up to rooms to go. Apparently, the manager had just gone home and I was pointed in the direction of an office, the lady I spoke to in the "office" was downright rude and had this arrogant smirk on her face the entire time. I explained my situation and she just said that she was calling customer service, whoever she was talking to on the phone said that they got my email wasn't able to view the picturesyou couldn't have EMAILED me saying that? So as of now yet again another technician is coming out to remove stains from my furniture and only if they can't get it out will they replace it. Shouldn't a product that I paid an extra of almost $200 do its job and GUARD my furniture from STAINS? The only reason I bought that light colored set is because the salesman told me that the stuff would work. You would think that them just replacing my set with something darker would be cheaper then sending out technician after technician. I make all of my monthly payments BEFORE their actual due date and this is how I'm treated? Never again will I ever buy furniture from you guys.
Nothing but scams. You lost my business today. And I will let everyone know the scam your store tried to pull over on us today.
I also find it very interesting you we're able to remove bad reviews on your Facebook account. So I will continue to leave reviews where they can't be removed.
Carol was just fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and the perfect sales person. No pressure and very helpful. As far as Rooms to Go, the only problem I have with them is the delivery charges, They charge extra for each piece and very few stores do that.
