I went in for a pedicure and a fill on my nails. I had never been here before but will be going back! The place is clean and they took their time. They didn't rush through like some other places that I have been too. Greatly recommend!

The service here is absolutely outstanding! I really love to be such a wonderful set of nails! My cuticles are perfect my polish is magnificent at the top it off the design and shape.

We just moved here over Christmas from Indiana. My husband got my nails done here for Valentine's Day. Uneven, bumpy, some are thick, the gel top coat peeled off on a couple nails 2 days after they were done. I couldn't go back because we were in Wyoming visiting family. The guy doing my nails was so busy chatting on his video chat that he filed the crap out of my fingers resulting in cuts. I am so angry right now.

Horrible service. Polish came off my wife's nails about 3 hour after it happened. They left wax or something on. Went back in to have it fixed and they wouldn't accept the poor job and tried to say She must have wiped it off earlier. I told them She had just touched my toe in last 10 mins and was right by their place. They then said how lucky We was that they were there because they were about to leave for the weekend. This was Sat at 6:00. They close at 7p!

I don't even know where to begin. I've been going to VIP Nails since I moved to the area and I have never had a good experience, eyebrow burns, many many broken nails, but since I am a regular I always continued to give them chance after chance. I literally stopped going because I felt uncomfortable going to a place where the customer service was completely terrible. Today I went in for a pedicure, long story short, I left. The pedicure never finished, but what I did get was bleeding toes, raw skin around my cuticles from improper usage of a critical pusher, jagged nails from my toes being cut with cuticle cutters instead of a toenail clipper, and having my feet gridded dry to get off the dead skin which left me hurting/bleeding heels. I honestly hope you think wisely before going here. They will no longer get my customer service.
