Brenda does a fantastic job to make your experience relaxing and also personalized! She is extremely knowledgable about skin care and works with you to get you to your best self! I could not be happier with my overall experience and results with Brenda and her preferred skin care line. I will admit I was skeptical at first because I had tried it all but I can't tell you enough how it was worth every penny. She also makes her self accessible via cell phone when you have questions or concerns. She is very helpful and pleasant. Definitely check her out!!!

If you are thinking of getting permanent eyeliner or eyebrows done, Brenda at Go Facial is the one to go to! The facility is clean and cozy. Brenda is so caring, professional and an expert in this field. After the procedure, I felt so much better about myself. I'm just sorry I didn't get this done several years ago when I first heard about it. I love my permanent makeup!

Highly recommend! They do a wonderful job at assessing your skin, as everyone's is different and tailor (not only) the facial to your skin's specific needs but also your at home regimen. Brenda is absolutely a saint! Being that I live up in Chicago, and there are no spas around that offer the same "non-invasive" facials along with the same "face reality" regimen, she communicates with me via email, working with my busy schedule. She lets me know if I need to tweak the regimen based on image updates. I love though, that this spa is more than just trying to get you to purchase their products, as we all know and have experienced other spas trying to push their products almost more so than really understanding what your skin needs, but this is not the case here- they truly care about your skin and will put together an all inclusive regimen, everything from icing your face to taking vitamins bringing your skin care full circle. I have seen drastic changes as a result (good, of course!) Believe me when I say I have been to a dozen different spas, dermatologists, you name it, and this is the first time I have found success! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

Best facial I have had!! Brenda is very professional, friendly and helpful. I had the Total Skin Rejuvenation treatment facial and it was great for anti-aging, I highly recommend.
