I checked in and they had a 2 hour wait, so I left and came back at 1 1/2 hrs and they said they were closing and wouldn’t take me. They should have never checked me in if they knew they were closing. The old manager said they are never supposed to turn away people, but this has happened to me three times since she left. Going downhill quick and lost some loyal clients!

Nice clean place to get a hair cut and an impromptu massage. Just a heads up, they got a new touch screen checkin system. It might add a few more minutes to your experience since it's new and the staff is still learning how to use it.

If you are a guy and you like sports on TV, there isn't a better place in town to get your hair cut. Especially during a promotion period where you get a free hot-towel treatment afterwards. It was pretty awesome.
