The staff is great. They have been very accommodating of my schedule, ideas and concerns, as a client. I feel like a valued customer every time I call to make an appointment. The owner travels to different markets to see what's trending and to learn from other professionals in the industry. The cost is competitive and quality is good.

NEVER AGAIN will this establishment get my business. To make a long story short, The service was HORRIBLE and the price I was given initially was inaccurate once it was actually time to pay. A gel manicure shouldn't be this difficult Never Again.

I Use to go no where else but here, but after my experience today I will never be back! I went in for just a acrylic fil and had seven of my fingers cut to the point there were still bleeding when I left. No discount was offered just an apology. I get it happens everyonce in a while but SEVEN TIMES in one sitting! Very dissapointed!!

I had an absolute horrible experience here. I came in for a FILL on a full set of acrylic & was planning on getting the no chip polish over the acrylic nails. I have gotten acrylic many many times so this was not a new experience for me. I was in pain the entire time as my actual nail bed and skin was getting drilled into. On top of that, the person I came with who got a full set was completely done before the person doing my nails even got to the polish. When she started doing the no chip over my nails it was a complet mess. I had polish all over my hands and there was polish all over hers as well. How? I have no idea. She tried to rush the process so much that by the second so coat, I realized none of the polish had dried from the UV light and was a complete mess. She began taking all of it off with a drill so she could do it a 2nd time. I had already been there for close to 2 hours and had to leave. I told her I would come back to get the polish put on tomorrow & started to walk out. She then told me I had to pay for my nails. I was walking out on pain, with messy unpolished nails and she wanted me to pay. I did but I ensured her I was never coming back. Horrible customer service and they clearly do not care.

They were extremely nice, but the quality of the service I received was poor. While getting my nails done they were very rough and I was cut multiple times on both my feet and fingers. My time there was definitely more painful than relaxing. After getting home I realized the color on my fingernails and toenails were actually different, so they did not use the same color on both that I had picked out. I also noticed that the shapes of my toenails were different. Two things I didn't think I would have to worry about, which is why I didn't notice until I was home. Lastly, the last time I got a no-chip manicure at a salon (Twins Nail) it lasted 3 whole weeks. The no-chip I got at Castle has been on less than a week and is already peeling.

I really like this place they always do a great job and are very friendly. The only thing I don't like is they always tell everybody they have openings just to get customers in and then I'm stuck waiting for 20 minutes. I always make an appointment and yet I'm always waiting at least 15 minutes it's ridiculous. Appointments mean nothing here so don't even make one. Other than that they are great.
