I always leave with a very nice hair cut, no doubt about that! The students are always sweet and want to please the customer. Only missed the 5 stars mark because every time I go I’m there for over 3 hourswithout fail. The teacher makes an estimate about how long my service should take with the understating that because it’s a school the students may need more time which is appreciate, however going and hour and a half over the completion goal making my total time in the salon OVER 3 hours for a simple cut and style is excessive in my opinion. Ultimatly I want the students to learn and i appreciate the low cost hair cut but they need to work on encouraging students to be more mindful of time.

I have been getting my nails done by Sam (nights) for years and have been getting services from her now that she is attending the school. She does a fabulous job and makes sure that your service is done well. I have never been displeased with her work! Definitely ask for her when going to the school for services!!

I highly recommend getting your hair done by Taylor Gillette! I have gotten my hair done by her a few times now and I will not be going to anyone else! She does such an amazing job! She is such a talented and sweet girl, will be going very far with her career!

I have been here twice for a cut and color from Taylor Shockley! I love the work that she does and how passionate she is about hair. She always makes me feel welcome and I love knowing she can make any of my hair dreams come true. I recommend her to everyone and I will always come back to her!

Each time I have gone to Paul Mitchell I have been greeted by a very nice member of the staff. Every one there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The young lady that has cut my hair each time is Faith Pickett. I told her what I wanted done and she worked very hard to do exactly what I ask for. I have been very well pleased with the results .

Here at Paul Mitchell, I have had nothing but amazing things to say about it. Whenever I go, I always call for an appointment and schedule it with Faith. She has done a tremendous job with a wide variety of cuts. Now, I can just make my appointment and just let Faith do what she does best! She knows what styles look best in certain people. Nothing but quality shows from the work she commits herself to. I highly recommend calling and making an appointment with Faith. You will not be disappointed!

Paul Mitchell the school of Normal has been like a home to me and I have been lucky enough to attend not only the cosmetology program but the teaching program as well. This place will give you the feeling of open arms and make you the best you can be in every aspect! Being excited and wanting to come to school everyday is incredible and I wouldn't trade my education here for anything. If you are looking to pursue a career in this Industry I would highly recommend coming to Paul Mitchell The school of normal and seeing the limitless opportunities that awaits you!!

I started getting my haircut with Joe when he was still in the beginning stages of learning, now he is about to graduate later this year. His confidence and skills have come so far! I now only go to him. The teachers are very helpful when needed. Expect to be there a while due to paperwork and teachers needing to check each step of the haircut.

I had the best experience at Paul Mitchell on 02/17/2017. I got a perm with Malori M., and she did a wonderful job!! She was very kind and explained every thing she was going to be doing. She was gentle with my hair, and just so wonderful!! I am so happy with my results, and will defiantly recommend you guys!
