Waited over 30 min. Just to get a polish color change. Rushed and sloppy job, they weren't even busy.

I go here to get no chip nails and my toe nails done and they say it will be a 40 minute wait. When I get back there I choose my nail color and have to wait another 20 minutes until I finally get seated. My sister is still waiting to get acrylic nails while they start fileling my nails and cut them as short as they can go. They never asked and I've been growing my nails out for over a month and now I'm back to where I started. They bring out the box full of fake nails and I tell them i don't want acrylic nails, apparently they confused me with what my sister wanted even though they called MY name. So now I'm waiting for someone to finally do my nails and while stuck with little stubs for a nail. I get my nails done with no complaint about how they look only now I'm back to waiting to get my toenails done. My sister comes back with her acrylic nails and with one glance you can see they did a sloppy jobs with many mess ups with the nail polish. After 20 minutes of waiting to get my toenails done I decide I'm not wasting anymore of my time, pay for the no chip and acyrillic and leave. For what we got done and the service there it is not worth the cost for those two things it cost $63 without a tip. In my opinion they need to be honest with how long the wait is and have to double the amount of worker because they never just do your nails they're always having to leave and do something else like talk to someone who just walked in the nail place. The rating people gave this place is a lie and I would never recommend going here.

Staff was very nice , but won't be going back , went late in evening and was a rush pedicure , I went home with wax and lotion on back of calf and heel , and my nails were trim uneven !

Everytime I come here the manager tells me how long the wait will be, usually an hour or hour and a half and more then 4 times I sit around a half hour over what she says and I finally ask when will I get my nails done and she goes "you can come back tomorrow or wait another hour. This gets very frustrating when I only come to the mall to get my nails done. Why not say "we might not be able to take you" I get I could have made an appointment but then don't tell me everytime I can be seen and I end up waiting an extra hour to be told come back tomorrow. Toe heaven is very unorangized and needs to learn how to time stuff. This has always been an issue. I have witnessed many times of girls going off on the staff for turning them down after they wanted an hour.

Its so dirty there, pretty unorganized, ive gone twice now and the two different staff members ive had, were either rude or unfriendly. They were great with taking me unexpectedly with no appointment but rushed me when looking through color choices even though I had just started looking. Not going there again. This place looks nice from pictures or walking by but its different once being in the seat. Ive been to places that look no where near as "nice" but still had amazing service at those places.

This place has great price. They use high quality products so my gel nails usually last for weeks. The entire staff are nice and caring. I highly recommend!

I went to this place today. And I know Sunday's are always busy at nail salons. But they should at least be honest and tell you it's going to take almost two hours instead of one hour. And I only got a fill in and it took almost an hour for that because the woman kept leaving and coming back. Very frustrating since I had already been waiting two hours. She did a good job but very over priced for such a long wait.
