Needed a Polaris plow for commercial use for my Polaris sportsman quad, made sure the sales staff knew it would be for heavy use. The plow installed great, nice and easy, works great as long as you use it only a couple times per year for your own driveway, I suppose. Within 4 nights of use the plow shoes burnt right off. I didn't complain, went in and bought another set. Next day I noticed the cutting edge was completely burnt off and that the actual plow itself was already burning away. Only bought the unit because I was told it would be fine for the use I needed and it had a warranty. Neither the manufacturer (Polaris) nor village would bother to honor the one year warranty. The Polaris plow system is garbage and the warranty is worth less than the paper it's printed on. I have an $800 paperweight at this point that has less than a week of use on it and neither the dealer or the manufacturer will stand behind the one year warranty.

We were from out of town and they were excellent on getting us back on the road. Chris and the entire service department were great to work with. We would highly recommend them.

Dallas helped my wife and I get a Polaris quad last year and was great helping us with all we needed for her. This yr I got one as well and Dallas remembered me by name and hooked me up with a great price and top notch help. Paul was great with all my final paper work to

Walked in and the help just kinda looked at us. Was looking for a new helmet. Spent about 1/2 hour looking at different helmets. Not once did someone ask if we needed help. Went and bought one at another dealer. They had a pretty decent selection.

I've been in the showroom (dreaming about various new bikes) a number of times and the sales team does a nice job of being helpful without being over bearing. Yesterday I needed a new helmet and I walked into the parts and accessories area about 10 minutes prior to close and asked for some help finding a new helmet. The team member I dealt with was super helpful and took his time. When I apologized for showing up just 10 minutes prior to closing time he assured me it was not a problem and never once rushed me. I found a great helmet that fit well and really appreciated the service and recommendations to help me find exactly what I needed!

Just purchased a brand new 17 sportsman xp 1000. Paul (salesman) and Pat (finance) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Drove from out of state, in and out in no time, quick and easy transaction. Well worth the drive. Highly recommend.

I purchased a used Triumph bike here recently and wanted to share about the great customer service I received. First, my salesman, Todd. He was cheerful, friendly, and greeted me warmly each time I visited the store or called. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the bikes I looked at, and he really helped steer me in choosing what would be best for my newly-endorsed skill level, making sure I felt safe and confident with my choice. He was honest, gave me a great out-the-door-price and had so much patience; he was absolutely wonderful to work with. Next I wanted to mention Andy in parts and service. He was also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when choosing a few accessories I needed. Tommy, the service manager, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable with my bike's mechanical condition. Village Motorsports is a class act all around.

I'm 49 years old not a kid with the illusion of a golden ticket. I went in to buy a crf250l. I was able to walk to where that unit should have been. Didn't see one. Wondered the rest of the store. They were not busy at all. Not one person said anything to me. I approached an employee moving units around by the door to ask for help. Before I spoke he said "sorry, let me get out of your way". I left and drove 80 miles to a dealer nearer to where I grew up and was loading the bike I wanted within​ 30 minutes of getting there. I paid in full. Thank you for steering me toward better service.

Had a flat tire right now the road after a few weeks of buying a new tire and they helped me patch it right on the spot and were very helpful about everything thank you very much

I dropped my atv off for service, and they were quick to check me in. They called me within a couple of days to explain the repair needed. They have been realistic, in my past experiences, in their promises of timing to turn around service or repairs needed. They do a very good job, and their rates are over all reasonable. If you bring kids along, they have a toy motorcycle ride, and a bowling alley.

Rarely have I experienced customer service as outstanding as that I received at Village Motorsports. I had already decided on a ATV at another dealer, but was doing my due diligence and checking prices elsewhere. Village didn't have what I was initially looking for, but Sales rep Harley went above and beyond to educate me on my options and also the best way to be sure I was getting the very best price. I was so impressed by the fact that he took that much time to talk to me even though I wasn't going to buy from him that I decided to make a trip out to Village, just to see if they may have something comparable to what I was looking at on the competitors lot. Not only did he find me something with more power AND 4x4, he got me a better price on the warranty AND threw in a battery. I am so pleased with my purchase, feeling confident I bought the right piece of equipment for the job AND got a much better price than I would have elsewhere. My family and i have been sponsored by village for about 4 years now. We dont come back for the deals, we come back because of the sportsmanship. When you walk in everyone is inviting and constantly asking for help and greeting us. They always have smiles on their faces and are willing to do anything for their customers. They have conversations with you instead of selling them stuff and pushing you out the door. Their stock is very large and there is a variety to choose from. And if parts get ordered they are willing to take their time and keep reminding that the parts are in which is helpful. We really appreciate all the employees there and are pleased to be sponsored. They even take the time to remember names. we appreciate all the effort to everything that they have done to help out our family.
