Great place with great bagels. Friendly staff. Good coffee. And above average sandwiches.
You're going to have to try harder to get my business. The Chai latte was sickly sweet and not very spicy. The bagel with butter came with double the butter it could hold. The bathroom had not been taken care of in some time, it was dirty and out of paper towel. Also there is only one small counter seat that has access to an outlet. Sorry, I will not be coming back. I do appreciate that a lady came and got a huge bag of day old bagels to take to a shelter.
Still some of the best bagels in town, but I would only go there to order basics. Used to have it @ 5 stars when I first started going there a couple of years ago, but since then, service has gone a bit down hill. They're still very pleasant workers, but that only makes me feel worse in having to correct them all the time. Their attention to detail is lacking, and I seem to have to fix something every time I go. I don't want to be the kind of customer that has to have a cashier repeat the order every time I go in, or ask them to change it after the fact and get them even more flustered to mess up someone else's. Wrong flavors of cream cheese provided, different sizes of drinks than what I ordered, Coffee with cream but no sugar, ask for a bagel with added meat & cheese and they charge an extra $1.50 for egg that I was trying to avoid. I like them, but it's getting to be not worth the hassle.
Great spot for quick coffee and fresh baked goods. Great bagels, good cream cheese flavor choices. Their windows always look great, too.
Love their Vanilla Bean Latte. Super yummy food with fairly quick service. The only downside is the lack of parking and the squeeze in the drive through. Whatever you do do not take a large car or van through the drive through. Seriously just don't. The environment is clean and they have a public restroom.
I love their bagel sandwiches and the cafe mocha latte. I will continue to be a die hard fan but my only critique is that they run out of basic essentials too often. On 2 separate occasions they have been out of something - the first time it was chocolate for the cafe mocha and the 2nd time it was almond milk.
Fantastic, staff was friendly and helpful, tried a specialty bagel (havarti and dill with a sun dried tomato cream cheese) probably the best bagel I've ever had.
The staff is always friendly, which I appreciate. The food is good - especially the veggie cream cheese. Even when you order a bagel extra-extra toasted though, it's still squishy and cold in the middle.
Great, fresh bagel sandwiches. Enormous baked goods and quick service.
The bagels here are classic, perfectly made examples of, simply, bagels. They do get creative with their specialty bagels, apple cheddar, cinnamon crunch, and these are also good, but if you're craving a classic flour - yeast - salt - boil - bake bagel, this is the place for you. Their coffee is fine. I've never tried their sandwiches. The standout here is the classic, simple bagel.
good bagels at good prices with a friendly staff. the location is just rough with entrances/exits and the driveway is tiny. but the bagels, coffee, and other options are really good quality, especially considering the price. great quick breakfast/lunch.
I don't much like how tight the drive thru is, but anyone, even me, can make it.Or if you go inside be prepared for really great smells right off, then you see all that they offer. Now comes the hard part, choosing which Bagel Sandwich to eat. I'm always trying something new and I'm never disappointed.Always clean and friendly employees.
DJ makes the best smoothies, hands down. We don't call him "the blender defender" for no reason. I would consider myself a regular here because they've given me no reason to go anywhere else. Great service, atmosphere, staff, and food. The only true downside I've found is that it's a tad expensive Which honestly doesn't bother me. I am paying for all aspects of the business and have absolutely no complaints. Keep it rocking BB!!!
