The host hostess server atmosphere a 5. The food was the 2 to 3. Tray has too much sugar and appeared too bland needed a chocolate cake, less cookiesmaybe 4 more sandwiches.
On the brunch menu i had a caesar salad mostly lettuce stalk, dry dressing.

Very nice. Food was excellent. I will return for lunch someday. The only thing music should be softer it was a little loud. Waitress was very attentive we liked her.

The bar is cozy and modern, with a unique and creative cocktail menu. The dining area is beautifully decorated, very comfortable. The menu has wonderfully prepared, delicious dishes for any course. Desserts are an absolute must!

The drinks were great and the view would have been great if not for the fog. Would definitely stay here as a guest

The upstairs patio was incredibly pleasant. The drinks were also quite good, though a bit expensive. It was a unique building with a classy atmosphere.

Hotel staff was top notch!.as far as the rooftop bar, like night and day. I went for sunset drinks and waited a ridiculous amount of time to even be acknowledged. I asked one of the servers if I could order a drinkand she responded "I can't take your order right now, I have two other tablesgo order at the bar." The bartender was not as rude, albeit pretty busy she was doing her best. To management at the rooftop, you need to let your wait staff know speaking to your customers like that is Unacceptable! I wanted to relax after my long journey from New York, and this put a damper on my evening. The sunset views were very beautiful though. As for the hotel staff, keep doing a great job! Devyn was extremely professional and courteous.

Only stayed for one night but I loved the room I had and the view from the room. I also was able to enjoy the pool by myself, and although the pool is small and not at all deep it was still enjoyable. They also have a whirlpool which was enjoyable but a little on the cold side. I stayed in a two bedroom suite which was plenty of room, and the master bathroom in the suite was amazing with a big tub and a separate shower.

Went during Restaurant Week and had an excellent meal. Their seared tuna was delicate and well prepared. Their scallops equally delicious.

One of my favorite places to stay in Newport. The dining room is so pretty, rooms are well appointed and the pool is small but clean

Had a drink on the roof deck at sunset - it was gorgeous! Service was a bit lacking and slow but we were there for the atmosphere. Dinner reservations were fumbled by multiple staff members and was frustrating. BUT once we were seated our waitress (Carly I think, usually a bar tender) took such great care of us and treated us like we were in her home. It was outstanding! There food was tasty and we felt like we had found a hidden gem in Newport! Thanks to Carly for some great service recovery - she turned a potentially disastrous situation into a lovely evening!
