Staff was amazing and Wi-Fi worked well. Room was beat up. Half sheet of drywall cracked and clearly broken. TV was old and very dim (using the app to control the tv worked very well). No liquid coffee creamer, even in the lobby. Occasional smell of someone else's bathroom in my bathroom for whatever reason.
Hotel needs to be updated but the good rates and amazing staff makes up for the shortcomings.
We stayed here for $49 (before taxes) from a Hotwire deal. The king size bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The TV had dubious reception and our fellow guests were quite loud into about 12:30 AM. Their coffee is dreadful, but all in all, a well-spent $50.
We stayed here with a soccer team and were a bit disappointed to not have a bar/small restaurant there. We found this odd especially given the number of hotels on this street, one would think that to remain competitive, hotels would offer more than just the basic lobby. There was only one washer (and 2 dryers) on site which made it challenging trying to get uniforms washed for 20 players while numerous players from other teams were also trying to do the same thing. The woman in charge of breakfast not only put out a wonderful selection of food, but she was super friendly, the kind of person you want to hang out with outside of the hotel! We had to get more toilet paper as housekeeping never replaced the empty rolls when they cleaned our room. Several of us took showers around 10 pm (the team played a night game that didn't get done until 9:15) and the water was lukewarm in my shower while others said it was completely cold even though the knob was turned as hot as it could go. Rooms were clean and the pool/hot tub areas were nice for the kids. Not planning on staying here again.
The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. There rooms were clean.
The staff were great. Especially the lady at the front desk working 2nd shift on the night of Mon, Oct 9, 2017. She was wonderful. The king bedrooms were a nice size. I loved it.
The service was horrible first the lose our reservation for a wedding party. And the person we spoke to the day before we got who told us that our reservation was in the system, cliam he didn't remember speaking to anyone once we brought to their attention that they lost our reservation. I will never stay there again worst experience ever
Excellent property, well kept, polite friendly service, well equipped rooms. Only things not working are lack of a full fledged restaurant and its difficult to get a cab to pick you up from here.
Room was okay, we stayed 2 nights and didn't get our sheets changed or have the maid come in because by the time we came back at 4 they hadn't gotten to our room yet. Breakfast was okay, holiday inn quality. No featherless or allergy friendly pillows for those guests allergic to feathers.
Stayed at the hotel for a quick getaway and trip to the wrentham outlets. When arrived, we had an extra guest so needed a roll away bed. The room reserved found not accommodate the bed, but the front desk upgraded our room to a suite for no charge. That's customer service!
Nice clean room.great breakfast.staff kept breakfast bar stocked with fresh hot food even with two buses of kids/guardians there.
The service is always very nice. The rooms are very well maintained and the price is very resonable. Very close to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do. A great hotel all around.
Nice clean newer hotel. Food is good. Rooms are large. Handicap accessibility is good. Beds are comfortable.
This Holiday Inn Express is wonderful! It sits atop a hill and is a very new hotel. I have stayed here twice and both times gave been a great experience. Very safe location, has a beautiful pool and whirlpool. The rooms are spacious with a large flat screen tv, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a desk with chair. The hot Breakfast is great and starts at 6am Monday-Friday and at 7am Saturday and Sunday. There is always a bowl of fresh fruit out in the lobby if you need a snack during your stay. All in all a great hotel and in a great location.
The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept a solid 8 hours the first night with no pain in the morning. The room is nicely sized. The only thing that's a bit weird to me is that you see the bathroom sink & counter (in a separate place from the toilet & bath) as soon as you open the door. The lobby & breakfast area are warm & inviting with a large TV, roaring fireplace, high table & comfy bar stools with plenty of outlets. The hotel is close to 495 but is also quiet, as well as nearby to some walking paths near Milford Pond. We didn't have the breakfast here because we've had it at another location & it's terrible (there's no kitchen so they only reheat food). I would stay here again.
