Honesty and integrity at its finest. Wouldn’t trust my vehicle any where else. Vandervorts has delivered consistent and competent results each and every time I have required maintenance. I cannot give a higher recommendation.

I just moved to the Binghamton area and did my research and found this business to be very honest and exceptionally friendly when interacting with customers. The staff are always willing to answer questions take the time explain what was/is needed to be repaired and what can wait for later. I even had the opportunity to meet with the owner and get to know him as a person and he wanted to know about my family and what I used my car for to make sure that everything was good and safe for my family. I really appreciate the time and effort shown by the owner and his staff. Thank you!!!!

Went in for a standard inspection, knowing I may have issues. They went above and beyond showing me exactly what I needed and what could wait, even giving me the option to fix items myself or have them do it. They took the time to find a wiring short for me (on their own, I didn't ask them to), and explained everything that I needed to do. Service was great, coffee was great, friendly and courteous staff throughout. Did not overcharge or try to sell me things I didn't need, honest and refreshing. Will definitely be coming here for all future automotive needs.

Wish I knew about VanDervorts a long time ago. They're straight shooters with a need to perform exceptional work and I wouldn't let anyone else touch my vehicles. Even after I moved out of town, I still drive up to their service center. I trust these guys with anything I bring to them!! Go there now, do it now!!

The best car shop in the area Honest Your money is worth it.We brought our car over and he listen to our concerns look at the car all over told us what is needed to take care urgently and what you can fix at a later time dave money all in all and feel safer knowing what is going on with the car. Other shop we went to was pricey and they just fix some other stuff thats not necessarily urgent at the time..so yes once again your money is worth it.

Booked the appointment, and was taken in almost immediately. Staff was friendly and courteous. Did the work in a timely fashion, and warned me of impending maintenance work. Worked up a quote for the work within 30 minutes. Returned the vehicle in the condition dropped it off - meaning that they didn't leave any evidence of their work in/on the vehicle. Overall excellent experience and will use their services again. I will recommend it to others who ask.

Going to VanDervort's Service Center is like having your own barber instead of going to a franchised hairstylist. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them because they rely on their reputation to bring in new customers. As a result, you get an experience customized to your needs. Just like having your own barber.
My first visit there was, of all things, to put an engine in my car. This was not like taking your date to a hockey game for your first date; it was like PLAYING a full-contact game of hockey for your first date. Needless to say, it was an excellent experience, and I found a great netminder. This is where I get my car taken care of now.

I have heard good things about VanDervort's for quite some time. My daughter needed a set of tires for her 2006 Honda and I sent her over to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised when Marty called me with prices and specs for 3 tire options at very reasonable prices. They worked around her busy schedule and got her in within 2 days on a Saturday morning. I didn't know this kind of customer service still existed in todays world. As a father of young woman it is hard to describe how reassured I was when I knew she was taken care of.
