The greeting was amazing , I really believed I was in for great service! I was suddenly dismayed at how the conversation with, we'll just name him "nick" proceeded. He was very brief and dismissive, and when I made the mistake of calling back because I believe he mistakenly hung up so quick just before, I was sent to VM. better off anywhere else, Medford Auto Wreckers perhaps!

Absolute terrible customer service. Traveled from Wallingford CT to Deerpark NY location. Over 2 and a half hours of travel one way Paid a day in advance over the phone so they would have my part pulled from the car and ready to go.but when I get there, they hadn't even touched the car. Really disappointing. But I guess what can you expect from junkyards, right?

Stay away from this place, dishonest and sketchy . Bought a used battery from this place and they promised they would take it back if it doesn't fit . I took it back the day after, guy charged me 48$ for piece of crap and gave me store credit even though he promised he would return my money. Also kept a 10$ deposit for my old battery that I never used. Ended up buying a brand new one , go to ace right across but not them.

These people are crooks. Very dishonest. They will lie and tell you that your catalytic converter is really a muffler and short you on cash for scrap metal hoping that you dont realize. I recommend Two Brothers Scrap Metal in Pinelawn/Farmingdale area and also Gershow in New Hyde Park. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!
