I was disappointed that at my routine oil change. My technician #822 Shane wrote on my RO that my battery was testing low and suggested that I replace it. My battery is not even 5 years old and has not shown any signs of needing replacement. Also, on my computer generated sheet it said that my battery was in the green and still testing good. So, the technician was lying to try and make a sale.

Rich my service guy was very friendly and very concerned about my customer service experience. I was shocked when I was asked if my the service dept met my needs 100% and was I fully happy with the service. This should have been implemented a long time ago. This is my first Honda (my husband is the Honda guy) and I am used to the top notch service that I got from Mercedes Benz . My last visit to Honda was almost compatible. Keep it up!

Bought a brand new Honda in June 2017. The last time I bought a Honda was in 1994 and it was from this dealership. The same salesman was there in June 2017 and he remembered me. I like my new Honda and really like this dealership. They are super Friendly and gave me a good deal. Service dept is good as well. They made my car buying experience such a real pleasure that I cancelled my appointments at two other dealerships to look at other cars the day I bought my Honda.

Our experience with Friendly Honda was absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly and courteous but our salesman Carlos was beyond the best. He spent time after his days was supposed to be over to allow us to test drive multiple cars before we pick ours. Buy a car from Carlos and Friendly Honda, you will not regret it.

My family bought 3 cars from Friendly Honda since 2010. I will not buy another. They took advantage of me. One of there cars caught on fire and they did nothing but use it as a trade in and gave me 25% of what it was worth. Was only 3 months old from their own lot.

I can promise you that your paying to much.

Honda is not competitive, they offer the same finances as other companies. The fact is, most people who buy cars at Friendly Honda probably think they cant get approved elsewhere.

From the first day I walked into the dealership everyone was so accommodating. I never felt pressured or ignored. My sales person Carlos was easy to talk to and relatable. After having a couple of negative experiences with the dealer we purchased two Hondas from, I reached out to Friendly even though they are an hour or so from my home. I made the right call! Every step of the buying process was smooth and professional; even the dreaded financial sit-down was much,I have better than expected.
Although everyone at Friendly Honda has been great, I want to specifically mention Brandy and Brian. Brandy is a knowledgeable professional who really does want you to have a great experience when buying a car. Brandy's humor and patience immediately put me at ease, and she worked tirelessly with Brian H. to get a title issue with my trade-in resolved quickly.
With Brandy and Brian, you will absolutely get the professional and human experience you deserve as a customer. I sure did, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone within a couple hours drive to come to Friendly Honda when in the market for a new car.

Great Dealership.All employees are Friendly {just like the name says}.The Sales Staff is attentive to your needs and willing to go the extra mile to please you. My Salesman ,Bruce Heron was THE BEST!. Although the Dealership was mobbed ,due to the Tent Sale going on, he made sure that he spent the appropriate time with me to satisfy my needs. Friendly Honda has been very horrible for me to work with since the time I've purchased my car. They never told me about the recall on the paint for my car during the time of when I purchased it when it could've been fixed. They also didn't do their job like they said they were in sending the pictures of my car which the paint is peeling into American Honda to see if they could get this approved after telling me it was taken care of and the pictures were sent. After these issues I wouldn't recommend them for anything after my whole family has been loyal to them for over 10 years and purchased a number of cars from them. The lack of respect that was shown by this and lying to a loyal customer and not providing the best service they should have is very disappointing. I would never go here again to do any kind of business with them ever again.

I had such a great experience at Friendly Honda!
I worked with Pat F. and he was very attentive and easy to work with. He allowed me to express what I had in mind for what I wanted but also explained all of my options and what he thought would work best for me. I ended up walking out paying exactly what I wanted to pay with a much better car than I thought I could afford! I see my self driving a Honda for years to come and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

Carlos was excellent Sales Representative. Very friendly, knowledgeable, very smart guy. Carlos is the type of person you wouldn't be able to forget easily; between the red/blond hair, blue eyes and yet, he is Latin, fluent in Spanish with an Argentinian accent. Was impressive. He is a very valuable asset to to the dealership market, and to the Latin community. I will recommend my friends and acquaintances to shop there- representative: Carlos!
I strongly believe Carlos would make an excellent manager.
