I have just recently purchased a 2018 yz450f and the service was amazing. I have bought many motorcycles and atvs there. I’ve been using their services for over 7 years. Every time has been great. The salesmen Scott and the finance advisor melody gave me the best price. Very good service. Can easily say best on long island. Highly recommend. They have built all my 2 strokes an they still run to this day very strong builds. 10/10

Maximum motor sports has been great I had a great experience when purchasing my bike there. From sales to service after only 2 and a half months the bike got hit in a parking lot and the service crew went up and above any other service department I've been at. Also I have a another machine which is a little older and I no other dealer ship would not do work on it, Maximums service manager Nate told me to bring it down. So yes I give that place a 100% on sales and service especially. I can't say enough about their experiences they give to their customers they make you feel good about going their.

The guys at the service department w at Maximum Motorsports went to bat for me when I was having issue with my top case on a 2015 FJR. Ryan in the service department spoke to the Yamaha rep and convinced them to replacing my top case despite it being out of warranty.

Theses guys seem to know remember what customer service is all about and I truly appreciate them going that extra step for me. Highly recommend theses guys and thank you.

I'm really happy with this dealer, they really care about their customers and when issues come up they make it right. I also felt they gave me good advice throughout the process and are not only looking at the bottom line. I recommend them highly and having a great time with the new toys. !

There prices are already marked down ready to go. No need to negotiate or play any games. I went from there, then all the way to Jersey and the price they gave me from the very beginning was the lowest. I was approved within the hour and was riding home in 2hrs. Professional, courteous staff and knowledgeable about their product's. Lots of clothing, apparel and overall cool stuff. Thank you Melanie for going the extra mile. I will never go anyplace else again. I am now the proud owner of a new ZX14R thanks to their help.

Well I started my search for a 1000cc street bike at a shop in Queens,that was a mistake. So I made my way to Riverhead to maximum to see what they had , soon as you walk in your greeted by the staff that is very friendly
.I set my eyes on a R1 that they had and was helped by Melody ,she was very nice and and helpful.One main thing I like is they don't try to push you onto something like some salesman ,we talked numbers they prepped the bike and now it's in my garage. I will definitely be returning for other stuff highly recommend

The staff at Maximum are some of the best people in the business. The moment you step in someone greets you and is there to help you make a selection. I myself bought a new Ninja 650 and have recommended several of my friends and family members to give them a chance before going anywhere else. Melody, Scott, & John are all there to help you out in any way possible. Will definitely be coming here for all my motorcycle needs.

I bought a new Yamaha SR400 from Maximum Motorsports. My salesman was Scott. He's very knowledgeable and he will treat you right. I know him a long time. I also bought a new Yamaha SR500 from him thirty five years ago. When I found out Yamaha would be importing the SR into the U.S. again I called Scott and he reserved one for me from the first shipment. The finance manager Melody got me a finance approval from Yamaha with no money down. The service manager John has gone out of his way to keep me happy too.

Maximum gave me one of the best customer experiences I've ever had, if not the best. Went in looking to get a bike and came out with an amazing choice. Scott and Melody are amazing people, both are super knowledgable and hilarious. Every time I step foot in Maximum I feel welcomed and almost don't want to leave. Doing the paperwork with both Melody and Scott was a breeze and I could not be happier with my selection. I am already recommending all of my friends and family to them and will be a regular customer for any other parts, or toys I may want. Definitely go and check them out for the best deals around, as well as the best customer service.
