I have use A Touch of Glass many times over the years. From simple window repairs to my all glass shower enclosure and most recently a full Pella sliding door glass repair. They are always professional, responsive and their workmanship is excellent. Highly recommend!!

After doing major construction on my house Touch of Glass is the only vendor I would use again. I used them for a frameless glass shower. They were professional, a pleasure to do business with & priced competitively. I used the other big Rockland County glass company and can't say the same about them. They truly care about the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

A Touch of Glass installed a custom frameless shower door system for my steam room at my home. I am pleased with the look, ventilation and ease of use. I needed to have the door adjusted and it was done without charge. I would recommend the staff at Touch of Glass for any of their services.

This store is run by two Petes, which I'll call Skinny Pete and Big Pete. I hired these guys to install a frameless glass shower door, which they did for around $2400. After the two man crew (led by Big Pete) left, I noticed a scratch on the top middle part of the door. I called and spoke to Skinny Pete. He asked if the scratch was deep enough for my fingernail to get into, which it was. He told me that it could not be polished out, but no problem, he'd order a new door. Weeks went by. I called again. And again. I was reassured the door was on its way by Skinny Pete. Weeks went by and phone messages went unanswered. Guess what? No door, surprise, surprise. I'm a contractor, too, and I know full well when I scratch a new product, as I'm sure the owner Big Pete knew when he did it. The difference is, I'll stand behind it, even if it means eating my profit. But not Big Pete. Bottom line: find another glass installer if you want honest and competent performance.
