Alex is the best sales person, my daughter just leased her call at Valley Honda, and we went in and explained, this is where we wanted her payment to be and not a cent over, her credit, and that we would most likely be needing a cosigner from NY. He was professional, funny, made everything easy, and whenever my Sister (the NY cosigner) showed up for our meeting on the day and time that Alex set up, everything was ready for us. We will definitely return. We only hope that Alex is still there.

I brought my car in for inspection, and after leaving, i noticed a tear in my Dash. Anita, the service manager, told me they would have it repaired. After over a year of nothing being resolved, and many wasted days sitting there waiting for the repair guy, i was fed up. I approached the owner, Bob Graham, who was unaware of the situation. At this point, i was extremely fed up. Thankfully, i had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Graham. He took action immediately and found a repair specialist. Within 2 weeks, he was able to get the repair guy there to fix my dash. I spent time talking with Bob and realized how great of a guy he is. I had lost all faith in dealerships at this point, but Mr. Graham restored my faith. If you want a great experience with a dealer, then this is the place to go. Bob was straight to the point with no runaround, and was extremely helpful. I will definitely return in the future for any purchases and repairs. Thank you Mr. Graham!

Very bad. They look for every way to deceive you. I've caught them in multiple lies. There must be incentives for ripping people off. The girl working in the evening at the service desk is very rude and dismissive. I've owned 17 cars in my life, and this is by far the worst dealership I've encountered. It's a shame They make a decent product, but the service just isn't worth it.

You can have a good experience at a car dealer if you have a plan, did your homework price wise on your trade and quotes for vehicle you are purchasing. We usually contact at least 10 dealers to get an idea. This was really located right off the turnpike. Ample parking. Alex was very nice.

Great service from show room to car door. The staff was excellent and made it simple and easy to make a decision. No pressure at any point of the process.

My salesman, Joe Carlino, was extremely helpful in the car buying process. He was able to tell me all of the features of the vehicle I was purchasing, his recommendation, and offered a very stress free buying experience. Joe is a no-pressure type of guy, which makes him all the better of a salesman. Today I bought a 2006 Honda Civic and Joe was able to tell me all the ins and outs of the car. He is extremely personable and actually cares about getting you the best deal possible. If you are looking to purchase a car, try your best to have Joe Carlino as your salesman. 5/5

I found a car on line and was able to make an appointment easily to test drive the vehicle. My salesman, Ray, was very helpful. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He worked around my very busy schedule. The finance people were great as well. Overall, one of the better car buying experiences I have had.

Between Big Terry and Steve, I was able to drive away with the little Fit that I came for without the high pressure or gimmicks other car establishments try. Would highly recommend this dealer! Thank you guys!

I had a great experience here! Jeff Katchen was Great! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. As a young college student, he aided me on everything about buying a car and was super helpful. My uncle, who was browsing with me, loved him too! This dealership is great!

Excellent experience. Our sales person, Jason Flenniken was very helpful, but not intrusive. We've bought many Hondas from Valleyalways good. My only suggestion is to have more finance people available so we can spend less time paying for the car than shopping for it.

Stay away from this place!!!! The sales manager Andy and his goons will find any way to put hidden fees and charges in your agreement. After turning my lease in to the dealership 6000 miles under my allowance and no damage to the vehicle they said "I was good and didn't owe anything" a month later they sent me a bill for close to $400. When I tried to dispute this they start pointing fingers in every direction to get out of an explanation as to what they are. Make the drive to a different Honda dealer if your in the market for one but at all costs avoid this place. Andy the sales manager also is super unprofessional, the first thing he says when I walked in and asked to speak to a sales manager about disputing a charge was "let's get one thing straight, I'm not paying for anything".

Valley Honda has a gem of a sales representative in Michael Black. He is a great listener and problem solver. He makes you're leasing experience special. Michael never makes you feel pressured and gets you the best Honda at the best price while staying within your budget. He makes our car leasing simple and we actually look forward to our next visit at the end of our lease.
    Thank you

In short, the best Honda dealer in Pittsburgh area in my opinion, ask for Alex Turek! I spent a great deal of time researching dealers and prices in the Pittsburgh area, and not only was the place the best price, but also the most low pressure experience. Friendly and relaxed, no unnecessary pressure or aggressive tone/tactics. They seem to prefer being honest about what extras really give you and which ones are most practical for you. Straight up great dealer to buy from.

Alex was great to work with, hopefully representative of a shift in the industry away from awkward and stressful haggling to just being honest with customers and giving people a good price.

Highly recommend, it's where we will be buying my wife's new Honda from in a few years.

In the process of talking with several dealerships, I ended up at Valley Honda to make a final decision - them or another dealership. Dan L was my salesperson and I appreciated his honesty and forthrightness immediately. I also appreciated the fact that he asked who the car was for right off the batinstead of assuming it was for my husband. Even though it was a busy Saturday, Dan was attentive and thorough, and at the end of the day - I knew I would buy my new car from him.
