Day Toyota is the only car dealer I’ve gone to since coming to Pittsburgh in 1996. I’m a Toyota loyal lifer! The staff here are consistently welcoming, polite, and helpful in explaining what needs to be done with my vehicle. The showroom is clean and bright, and the waiting area is well-appointed and comfortable to ample seating, a children’s play area, and free, yummy Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! This location is often busy, so wait times can be a bit longer than expected, however, the service people communicate well and often, checking in to explain any delays. That said, the service people do make every effort to get your work done fast. Yes, you’ll also pay more here than at a national chain mechanic, but the techs here will do the job right. You can rest assured that you’re getting the best possible care for your Toyota here at Day. I know because I’ve gone elsewhere thinking I’d save money and have ended up here only to spend more to get the job done right. As long as I live in Pittsburgh, I’ll keep giving Day my business.

What a fun and great car buying experience. Day Toyota Pleasant Hills is fantastic! Dealt with Gary Fritch who is a down to earth, no pressure salesman and genuine nice guy. With Lisa's disability she needs something big enough to install a scooter lift. She really wanted the Tacoma and they located one for her in orange only to find after the fact there is no cover that will work once you install the lift. So back to the drawing board. At this point instead of getting upset because they already did one dealer trade, Gary, and Chris Pestino went to work to get Lisa the 4 Runner in the color and options she wanted. And then Lisa being the animal lover she is, says to them, I want to meet Debbie Campbell the owner and her beautiful Huskys. And guess whatthey made that happen too. Thanks Ted Cole. Debbie was so warm and wonderful. Spent over an hour with us talking and taking pictures and having fun. And Marco was an awesome dog! This is truly how all car buying experiences should be.

Quick service.My car was taken right away without an appointment. Gabe told me what I needed done and that it would take a day or so for the part to come in. I was given a brand new 2017 Toyota Rav4 rental while I waited for my service, at no charge. My part was covered under warranty which saved me nearly $400. My service tech Matt fully explained what I need done for my upcoming inspection. All in all it was a great experience.
