Great dealership that was willing to work with me to achieve meeting my budget. I arrived late because I headed over after work and was greeted by Jason Binnie. We discussed what I was thinking about purchasing and took a test drive after looking at my trade in vehicle. After the test drive we talked about where I needed my monthly payment to be. Jason worked very hard and ended up getting me the truck I wanted at the price I needed. He went above and beyond to gain my business. He was very honest and open about everything. He did try to push a lease, but in doing so, was looking out for my own interest if financing through a lender could not work for me. After all was said and done, I met with their finance guy who thoroughly explained everything. At this point, it was a half hour after closing! I was not completely ready to commit to a purchase, but after all Jason Binnie and the whole Jim Shorkey team did for me, I bought my new RAM. He even stayed well past closing so I could gather my belongings I still had within my trade in vehicle. This dealership was such a good experience that I have a hard time thinking I will shop elsewhere in the future. Thank you Jason Binnie and thank you Jim Shorkey!

First time with Jim Shorkey and the experience was GREAT .my salesman was Jason Binnie he was very friendly courteous.polite
dealt with their Sales Manager Jason and Finance Manager Derek who were also super. would highly recommend them. If you're looking to buy a car and make sure you see Jason Binnie for a great shopping experience
Obviously haven't used their service department yet. hoping it's as good as what I've experienced in sales.

Changed from a one star to a 3 star they have helped me in a few areas and I appreciate that. However I want out of a vehicle that is just not up to standards and that was from day one. Waiting to hear back on a trade. I'm sure after it's all said and done I'll rate a five star. But for now I'm not 100% satisfied.

My wife and I have literally purchased over a dozen vehicles from these folks. We are always treated very well and enjoy the experience every time. We also bring our vehicles here for maintenance and think just as highly of the service department. We also use their commercial department for our business vehicles and have always had a fantastic experience as well.

I couldn't ask for a better experience when shopping for a new vehicle! I bought my first Jeep Wrangler last October from Jaimie Sacramento at Shorkey's and it was the best buying experience I ever had at a dealership, no hassle. Unfortunately that vehicle was totaled in a accident and I needed to replace it. Jaimie was so helpful and was able to help me find another new vehicle quickly and easily. The new Jeep is even better than the first, with more options, and still a reasonable monthly payment! I highly recommend Jaimie Sacramento from sales!

I had a really great experience there buying my truck, I was shopping there with Greg for two days and he really helpful both times, and he really made the experience pretty fun. Jaimie and the rest of the people that I dealt with there were all super nice and kind of got to know me a little bit before we even started talking business which was great. They never pushed for me to buy a new truck and they even worked with me a lot on the pricing. This was the first time I ever went car shopping for a new vehicle, especially by myself and they honestly made it a very great experience all the way around. Great group of people. Definitely going back there for my next one!

Last month I got the car that I've always wanted. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger R/T. Rudy was my salesperson and he went way above and beyond for me. I was on a search for a 2016 or 2017 Charger R/T. I even went all the way to Olmsted, Ohio where I thought I would get a deal but I left empty handed. At Jim Shorkey they make you feel wanted. They don't push you for a deal, they are straight up. You don't feel like you just had a game played on you. They give you top dollar on your trade. I would recommend them to anyone. I would recommend Rudy to anyone. He will definitely get you where you need to be!!! This is a real review. Nobody paid me to say this.

Always professional and willing to help. He treats you like family from the time you come in the door till you leave making sure every step of you have what you need to be comfortable. I've purchased two vehicles from Jim Shorkey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Both experiences were great and not what you'd expect from the normal car buying experience. Regarding my latest purchase, Sales Rep Roosevelt Carter really helped me out and never pressured me into a purchase. We were able to work together to find the perfect fit for my needs. Roosevelt and the team surrounding him did an excellent job navigating my new car purchase. Lou from finance and James from Service are also two people I would like to mention as they added to the overall experience of this transaction. They were all very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease regarding my new Dodge Ram 1500. I would certainly recommend that you give them a visit if you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
