All around great experience. Personally, I like the basement the best, but all 3 floors are a pleasure. The bar in the basement is a great place to sit and have a cocktail or glass of wine before sitting and having dinner. The staff is always courteous and attentive. Never have a bad experience, bad drink, or bad meal.

Never a letdown, this restaurant is a favorite for "girlfriend lunches" on the patio, and elegant dinners inside the historic, charming home. The Side Door is underneath the main restaurant & offers a clubby, cozy atmosphere with the same food as the main restaurant & the addition of a small, top shelf bar. Love that with my "girls" when it gets cold. Love Cassie the bartender and Kevin the chef! Great, flawless food and service alwayscomes at a price, but doesn't everything superb? Dan & Natalie K.

Beautiful setting for amazing food. The service is warm & professional. The food - delicious. Presentation - fabulous. A wonderful experience all around from arrival to dessert. I highly recommend The Back Porch for special occasions, holiday dining, or just to enjoy a perfect meal.

My husband and I just had our afternoon wedding at the Back Porch Aug.12th. We had our ceremony outside by the veranda and the weather could of not been better. Robin had everything so organized. After the ceremony they served our guests outside with seating the horderves and cocktails while we had our pictures taken. The service was fantastic. When I looked around all our guests had smiles on their faces and enjoyed the day. Our lunch was fantastic in the upstairs dining room and the cake and cookies from 2 Fine caterers were wonderful. Everyone is still talking about how delicious the cake was and our lunch was superb. Fantastic food and service. Have been a long time patron of the Back Porch and knew this was the venue where I wanted our wedding to be held at. Recommend for anyone who wants an intimate dinner or a beautiful wedding.

The setting is great, nice antiquated furnishings and the fireplaces were cozy. We had the family setting upstairs and the service was immaculate as was the cooking. Don't forget dessert, the portions are huge.

My family loves this restaurant. We have been going here for over 20 years and celebrate a lot of our family events here. The food is Americana and they change it based on the season. It is always delicious and the service is great.

The place in the area for high end dining. Amazing service, fine dining, seasonal menu options for being outside of a major city. Unique flavor to their baby back ribs that makes them a must try.

A Wonderful Thanksgiving Meal. We all enjoyed the excellent service. The food was delicious. The portions were the right size - I did waste food, nor did I leave hungry!
