I have been using Latrobe Ford for my service for my Ford Fusion for 5 years. I am a regular customer and have always gotten good service there. My favorite feature is that whenever I get my car worked on they take me to work and pick me up from work the day I am getting the service done. Additionally they have always done excellent work

I will NOT be returning here EVER!
They charged me after I was told I wasn't going to be charge and then proceeded to say they wanted to write all the information down on what happened to cover their story.
Then the service manager was not nice when I went to him for an issue! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Awesome experience. The deal took a few days but it wasn't their fault. This group offered no pressure and the utmost amount of patience in completing this transaction. Super cool group of guys while your waiting as well. Very conversational and honest. They recognize you will be purchasing again and want you to have an excellent relationship with them. I bought my Christmas present from Justin Scates. I love my loaded 2017 Ruby Red Fusion Sport all-wheel-drive. They were able to find it and exchanged it through a dealer in New York. It has every feature I had hoped for, plus a few that I didn't know I wanted. The entire experience was outstanding in every way. We were able to finalize the financing that very day, and I picked up the car 3 days later.
