I rented 508- 510 Bahama Street for my 50th birthday. my friends and I were very comfortable in the Villas.Tara, Paige, and our maintenance man were very accommodating. you guys are awesome you pulled it together three weeks after Irma for us to enjoy Key West!!!! thank you so much😁

We rented the Classic Key West Estate the first week in Nov. 2017. It was an amazing house!! The main house had 5 bedrooms and the cottage in the back had 1 bedroom that slept 4 people. Plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was huge and very well stocked. The pool was outstanding. We use the pool quite a bit during our stay. The people at Vacation Homes of Key West were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great week and we will definitely be back next time.

The house was perfect for the four of us! It was charming yet had everything we needed. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat and we used it often. The location was perfect-just off of Duval and close to everything but far enough away from the partiers that we were never disturbed. The AC could be a little better in the right bedroom but other than that our stay was ideal. We would rent again! Thanks for sharing your precious home with us!

We loved our rental! The location is close to everything while at the same time quiet and relaxing. The house was clean and well equipped (maybe could use some more food storage containers!). VHKW staff was helpful and professional. We hope to rent the home another time.

Tropical Tranquility

We had a wonderful stay at Tropical Tranquility. It was an absolutely beautiful property. So secluded and in a perfect location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the outside dining. We used the pool on several occasions. I would definitely recommend this property, and I myself would rent it again on my next stay in Key West. Property management was very easy to work with. Thank you for everything!

I just came back from my wonderful experience staying at a charming Key West cottage, called Hidden Story Book Cottage. The cottage is nestled on a private path off of Windsor Lane. If you are a writer like Hemingway working on your next novel this is the retreat you have been looking for. The solitude was glorious and everything you would want or need is provided for you in your home. The stunning furnishings and sun light rooms gave me a sense of warmth and comfort with a Key West style that I loved. Vacation Homes Of Key West staff are par excellent***** No need for a car- you are heart of old town KW!! I would stay there again ..

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay in a rental on Bahama Street. One thing that swayed me during my search was the review comments, that despite being close to Duval Street (busy area), it was peaceful & quiet at the property. This was totally true. We were across the street from a small local grocery, and a block from CVS or Walgreens. On Duval St., in the SAME block were restaurant/bars with loud music, that we could not even hear on the same block backing up to them, as we sat outside most days and evenings when around the house. The house was clean, and prepared for our visit. I want to mention that the house was appointed with hair dryers, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, silverware etc, bath AND beach towels, small hotel-type bars of soap, liquid hand soap; so that should we rent again, I will not need to bring along a hair dryer.

We did discover that the trees/tropical plants outside around the pool area apparently produce dark pollen, and our feet were very dirty walking around on the deck, and at first without knowing it,walking inside. I would suggest a mop or Swiffer Sweeper available to renters to clean indoor floors. We hosed off the deck about daily once we made this discovery. Also, we called maintenance about an air conditioner that was not working, not cooling, and expressed that we were not worried about any immediate repair (all bedrooms were cool), but wanted to be sure they knew for the next renters. We had a family member that was "cold" so we often did not have this air conditioner running anyway. Surprisingly an hour or so later, someone was there to make repairs. He determined the unit was shot, left, came back with a new one and replaced it. Big difference. I want to mention here, that you, "Vacation Homes of Key West" should hold on to this man. What a truly great guy. If I recall correctly his name was Vladamir (sp?). He did a great job, his graciousness at being there to make repairs as we were cooking, impressive. He even talked about the weather differences between his country and Key West, and who couldn't love warm weather & dressing in shorts & T-shirts!!! He made the repairs and even painted trim in the process. Wow. Complete job, well done. Don't let him get away. He is a trustworthy, hard worker.
We rented "Wabi Sabi" for a wedding, at a busy Spring Break time where hotels were already booked, one year ahead. Our plan was to have space available to friends/relatives to address this. As it turned out one couple did not come (we still had space for them), and it worked out well amongst the rest of us. We also had a 93-yr-old with special sleeping arrangement needs, & we managed this as well. Also, VHKW allowed us to rent an 8th day, to manage the wedding schedule.

It was a 5-star rental in terms of cleanliness, location, all the necessary items to be able to cook, towels, etc. Taking it down a notch for us, was the cost. It was quite pricey, which we knew as we searched. We had little choice. Key West is in general, pricey. Utilities from Miami in-part make it costly. Overall we were happy with the accommodations, everyone was comfortable.

Vacation homes of key west management team was awesome. From start to finish they were nice, responsive and gave you all the info and instructions you needed. They were just an email or call away. I was nervous to rent over the phone/online but they were great. I would recommend them to rent a house in key west. I would highly recommend this management team they do a great job.

VHKW is just awesome! My whole experience was just amazing! The staff made everything about the reservation process very simple and straight-forward. They were very helpful when I had to switch to a larger property to accommodate more family members, than originally planned. Both check-in and check-out were a breeze. During my stay, I had to call for service once (for a smoke alarm battery that needed to be replaced in a rafter ceiling) and they resolved the problem quickly. I look forward to leasing again from VHKW! They were awesome and made my trip very pleasant and memorable!

Great location just off of Duval Street! The villa was just as advertised with plenty of space to accommodate the 8 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and a grill out back. Check-in/out procedure was easy and the welcome packet I received via email prior to the trip helped out a lot! Thanks! We will be back!!

We love 510 Bahama Street! Would stay here every year if we could. The location is perfect, so close to Duval, yet so quiet and private. Truly, we don't spent much time indoors while in Key West, but the pool space between the house and the back cottage is where we spent most of our waking hours. And, the outdoor shower, pure bliss!
