I'm so impressed. We were greeted so kindly ad sweetly. So professional. The continental breakfast was a feast. We liiked for rooms,elsewhere. They wouldn't allow an early check in. This is,the perfect spot for anyone at any time. I have fallen in love as,my family has too.

I think the people who have left bad reviews had unrealistic expectations of Key West that no one could meet. I also suspect that someone went through the trouble of comenting negatively with multiple accounts with silly fake names

I could not have picked a better place to stay! You are near the action but not in the smack middle. We walk nearly everywhere from here. Service is wonderful at this hotel! Breakfast is a nice spread of lighter items and at night they have happy hour with no additional charge to wine or beer. Pool is great, beds are awesome, shower has great pressure. Brandon is my absolute favorite here! Still have a couple days left here but hubs and I agree hands down this is the only spot we want to stay at for our next visit!

Don’t waste your money. Front desk clerk and the breakfast attendant were extremely rude and unprofessional towards me and my wife . Bathroom was dirty, used towels and hair in the shower. When we tried to address the matter, the manger spoke to us like we were idiots. Who wants to dry off with a used towel ?? Not me !!!

Find a hotel with employees who do their job and have better customer relations

I travel frequently, this hotel has to be on the top for worst service.
Almond Tree staff needs customer care training, absolutely unacceptable attitudes and behavior.
The room was decent (could have been cleaned a little better) but the room rate was incredibly high.
I basically paid $$$ to have a negative experience.

Nice interior, but noisy!

The A/C is next to the bed and blows straight at the bed. The fridge is on the other side of the bed and is also very noisy.

Our room (107) was on the ground floor and next to the pool. That’s nice, but not so much when you want to sleep and there are people in the pool making noise throughout the night. We should have reported this, but didn’t.

The location of the hotel is great so is the staff!

My husband I just spent 9 nights and LOVED IT!!! Easy check in, we arrived early and they had the room ready within an hour. The rooms are beautiful! Tastefully decorated and spacious! Plenty of room for clothes and to store your luggage. There was an in room refrigerator and a microwave as well as a keurig for coffee.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great location-in the middle of everything(walkable) yet quiet, clean rooms, nice pool. Just a great place for couples especially for some R&R. You can walk to everything. Well-priced-good value.

“Wonderful experience again!”
We stayed here last year for 3 nights. This year we extended it to 6. My husband and I plus our adult kids had a wonderful stay. The location is great on the quiet end of Duval. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast and happy hour in the afternoon. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. You can tell attention is paid to every detail with this boutique hotel. I almost cried when we left! I will return to KW and stay here without question! Thank you so much for a memorable experience!

Our room was tucked away from the rest, so quiet and peaceful, just like we wanted. I do not think there is a bad room in the place! It is so conveniently located near the peaceful end of Duval Street but making most things within walking distance. The breakfasts and happy hours were so welcoming and the staff will go

A lovely place to stay near to the heart of downtown and the harbour. Yet, the large gardens and comfortable room made for a quiet and restful stay. The "Continental" breakfast was substantial. The staff and owner, Kate, were welcoming, thoughtful and helpful. Even the resident large turtles were social! In-depth research of alternatives suggested that the hotel was reasonably
