Laid back and family friendly. Hurricane Irma took out the boat dock, but there is a smaller dock on the property to fish in the channel. Visit the Tiki Bar during your stay!

Great location: close enough to DuVal yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Great tiki bar and pool is perfect for just laying in the water.

In September I made a reservation for my brother-in-law to do his wedding photo shoot in Key West. I have an emotional support dog and I called before making the reservation to ask if they accepted my dog. today I called to confirm my reservation and to do if they had already reopened after the hurricane and I had the surprise of the clerk and the supervisor to tell me that they do not accept an animal of emotional support. I am completely sad about what happened and now the reservations are more expensive and are not available every day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Bit cosy resort, good for family or group of friends. We enjoyed the stay in two bed room suite. Amenities are good. Only downside - it does not provide any water sports for the price we pay. It's right at the entrance of Key West island

Have owned a timeshare here for over 10 years. Love the new updated units. Great quiet location. Can pick up the Trolley a block away that will take you into town and around the island. Has a boat dock on property and a tiki hut bar for drinks and tasty food.response / report this review -

We own a unit at the Beach House and recently visited a unit to see the remodel while we were in town. Overall not much has changed on the property itself, however we were disappointed in the remodeled units. They looked great in the photos, however upon closer inspection, everything had a pretty cheap feel to it, especially when compared to older Hyatt properties that I have stayed at. The furniture looks great on the surface until you get close enough to touch it, sit on it, or feel how thin things like the tables are. I'll be curious to see how well the rooms hold up after just a few years.

Quiet little place to have a vacation. Lots of planed events. Both on and off property. The highlight for my kids was the Marine biologist he did a wonderful job and was knowledgeable. I hope that he keeps coming to entertain the kids and adults alike.

This seaside paradise boasts a small beach, concession stands, a nicely decorated pool, and for northerners, many, many types of different palm trees.

Very nice place, huge master bedroom/bath! Neighbors were a tad annoying, couldn't even talk on the patio without them complaining.. But not the hotels fault.

Clean and well kept. We had a great view of the water. The pool and poolside bar are really good, has great food too. It is a bit far from Duval, expect a 15 min cab ride.

I originally booked a studio and without me asking upon my arrival I was upgraded to a one bedroom with a direct view of the pool and ocean. The staff was awesome great location my first choice every time in key west.
