The fresh cinnamon buns are awesome. Very clean and open. Had lunch by the pool and got to see the local wildlife.

Perfect location, close to everything, cute little rooms, very clean, very friendly staff, nice little pool and a very satisfying breakfast with fresh made cinnamon rolls, bagels, coffee, tea, fruits, butter, cream cheese, jam, cereal, oj and the breakfast is included. They have very limited parking space so you need to figure that out. Although we came during festival, the room price was reasonable. The hotel was full but everyone was very quiet and respectful so we could sleep well. There is a common fridge for guests to use on each floor. The little balcony surrounding the hotel is a cute place to sit. We enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay here again.

Rude staff! No parking and front desk lady freaks out if you park in the wrong spot next door even though it was empty and was only parked there so I could check in and find out where I was suppose to park (which is no where because they have no spots). When checking in they did not ask for my ID or my Credit card, Kind of strange but I paid online so I assumed that was why it was not required at the time of arrival. THREE days later she is pounding on my door while I was sleeping then unlocks the door 30 seconds later, at this point I'm half undressed, demands my ID and that my mother come down and show her ID and her credit card. At this point my mom is 30 min away getting ready for her wedding so I explain she can't at this time then the lady leaves 20 min later she come backs .. unlocks the door and she is with a cop threatening to have me arrested for declining to sign a paper that states I was refusing to pay for my room THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR AND WAS CHARGED ON MY MOTHERS CARD ALREADY. That part really blew my mind. After cop got my mother on the phone and explained everything the cop was on my side and we were both just really confused on the crazy ladies need for me to sign that paper when the room was already paid for.. btw tiny ass rooms with super thin walls you can hear everyone and creaky ass floors!
So if you enjoy random people that work there to unlock your door and come in anytime they want and small rooms and parking 2 miles away I deff recommend going there If you don't appreciate that then defiantly find somewhere else.response / report this review -

Good stay, very laidback and friendly staff. Room was okay, th installed new air conditioning and have/had a minor issue in room 7/Dolly, but we're going to check into it. This was prior to Hurricane Irma. My guess is that they fixed it. Great pool area, close to Duval. I would stay there again.

Myself and my boyfriend were very disappointed with the customer service at the Angelina Guest House when we stayed there. After reading the great reviews, we were expected friendly hosts but when we arrived, first of all the woman in the reception office looked me up and down when I entered as if judging my appearance/clothes. She even waited for me to introduce myself before she said anything as if I had to justify my arrival.
Secondly they say that they help you find parking but when I explained we were looking for the right place to park outside, the woman came out and basically yelled at my boyfriend for parking in the wrong spot (there is a small parking area across the road but it was not clear if it was for use by hotel guests or not).
Then, when she showed us around the guesthouse at the beginning, it was as if every question we asked was already obvious and a nuisance, so we didn't even feel comfortable asking anything anymore and just remained quiet, letting her talk at us in a cold and formal manner.
And finally when we asked whether it would be easy to find a parking space outside the guesthouse later in the day if we drove to a restaurant and came back, all she said was that the guesthouse is not responsible for finding parking spaces for you after the first arrival. Again, it was a simple question where we were asking for advice, but we received a rude, almost legal answer instead of just an honest answer of whether she thought it would be straightforward or not. We felt it was best to avoid reception and in general, avoid asking for any information for the rest of our stay.
The guesthouse itself is nicely decorated, the rooms are small. But I consider these elements less important than the treatment we experienced. The staff at breakfast were much nicer so it is just unfortunate that one person does not know how to welcome paying guests in a genuine or friendly way.
We are certainly not used to this kind of behaviour in the many other guesthouses and even bigger hotels where we have stayed. For us, customer service is one of most important elements and is the deciding factor for not returning to a place. Therefore, I cannot recommend it.response / report this review -

This guest house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom and did not have any problems at all. The staff is great, the bikes are $12 a day, the location can not be beat, and the price is fantastic. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quaint. Plus, they have a suoer sweet kitty on the premesis that was a bonus for us:)

It was perfect!!! Location was great! Our room fit our needs and more. Breakfast by the pool was so quaint. The staff and owners were so nice and helpful. If I could rate it higher I would. We'll never stay any where else when visiting Key West!!!

Friendly staff in this nice secluded guesthouse.
Do not miss the hot cinnamon buns for breakfast.
PS, Finn the cat prowls the premises. He is very friendly, so be careful if you are allergic.

Great little Guest house in Key West, no TV in rooms but who cares, great pool area, great location, wonderful owners and a standard breakfast every morning. Loved it!

We had a pleasant stay. Even though key west is in my opinion overrated this cozy place was quite nice.
The only reason I don't give five stars are the somewhat small breakfast and our door was literally horrible. It was always jammed or something. Annoying.response / report this review -

Awesome stay!
Angelina guesthouse is a great place to stay in Key West.
Angelina is near to Duval Streat, is 10 minutes far from Mallory Square and 10 minutes far to Fort Zachary beach.
Stay at Angelina allow you to visit KW by walk in the best way possible!
Room really good, clean and comfortable. Pool really good. Breakfast super: the cinnamon rolls are special!
Great and really helpful staff!
Price? Probably low for what Angelina is offering you!response / report this review
